The location was perfect, the view from the kitchen and it’s balcony was beautiful. Staff was very kind and helpful. Everything was good for the time we spent. All is fine, just the stairs might feel uncomfortable, but it is still manageable.

Very nice owners that hotel Nelly and Benedict! In rooms clean, good tasty and satisfying breakfast! They have some snacks in fridge which you can buy in any time. Convenient location in old Tbilisi centre!

Amazing place with amazing location. Breakfast is huge. Just in 5 minutes you can access and oldest church, and bridge of peace, and hall of justice, and square of liberty. Also extremely good restaurants just in 5 minutes walk.

It’s conveniently located in the heart of old tbilisi, it’s nearby major tourist spots, you can literally reached most points by foot if you fancy a good walk. It’s a charming old house, run by a lovely family, cozy and clean. Plus a scenic view from the shared balcony. Since it’s old, furnitures are visibly worn out. unfortunately the bed in my room isn’t comfortable enough, gave me back pain during my stay. Also, my room is on the top most floor (4th or 5th) & there’s no lift in the property. It was winter when i stayed hence my suitcase is packed with good amount of stuff that i had carried via stairs without any help. Sleepers are not provided & floor carpet covers just a small portion of the space.

I stayed here twice already, and both times were amazing. The location is perfect—right in the center of Old Tbilisi, close to Freedom Square, transport, shops, and cafés. The rooms are big, spotless, and feel more like home than a hotel. Breakfast was a wonderful surprise, served on the 5th floor with a beautiful view over Tbilisi—it made the mornings special. The location couldn’t be better, everything is within walking distance. Honestly, there was nothing to complain about. If I had to mention something, maybe just that my stay wasn’t long enough, I always wished I could stay more days. Truly, everything met or exceeded my expectations. The experience was so personal and warm that it’s hard to think of anything missing.

Very good family owned hotel in the very centre of Tbilisi. Welcoming hosts, comfortable rooms, great view and the terrace at the upper floor. Recommended!

Lovely house, full of character. Right on the edge if the old town. Check in was very easy. A good breakfast. The bed was a bit uncomfortable. New mattress needed.

The friendliest and best-value stay I have had. All their guests are very international and fascinating to get to know, and the people passing through sort of enmesh into a kind of family with the long-term residents and the staff, who go several extra miles and make you feel exceedingly welcome. I got a very generous room upgrade when I arrived simply because of a small admin mixup.

Great location, 10 minute walk from the metro and good views from the top floor. The sound of vehicles from the nearby road and a poor WiFi connection.
