Friendly helpful staff, great location, walkable within old town to destinations. Location close to bazaars, the clock tower, restaurants. Curtains kept light out at night, good shower pressure!!!, closet was helpful, and the host was very friendly! Nothing, it was great!!

No breakfast that I could tell, however, there is a shared common space where you could sit and eat or take a coffee or a glass of wine. Numerous lovely cafes and restaurants are within blocks. My room had a charming balcony. As a solo gal, it was nice to sit and watch the world at night without necessarily having to wade into it. The windows were soundproof enough that my sleep was not interrupted. It was a delight, a family with children old enough to climb the stairs could very much enjoy the walkability of the neighbourhood. Simply choose rooms across from one another. I appreciate the bidet spray on the toilet; however, the hose was not flexible enough for the space, so one felt like they were in a wrestling match to cleanse one's nethers. Easy fix, change the hose.

This is a very special little Hotel. It’s run by a woman and her husband and it’s quite adorable. It’s right in the heart of old town on a crazy little street. Little boutiques in the area and also restaurants. It’s a great value. Check it out. Loved every bit of it - incredible ambience

A truly amazing hotel. If you like vibe of old buildings with immense care taken by owners you found it! I had a single bed very cozy room with 4-star hotel amenities, terrace and beautiful city view. Area has low noise levels and there was no any issues to get a good sleep. Administrator Georgi is exceptionally hospitable, really appreciate his help.

Location and staff is good It was quite different from the photos. Rooms are not that big and building is very old. It seems neglected and bad. I had difficulty recognizing the building.

Near the CLOCK tower, near good restaurants, near kids park and easy access to transportation. The staff are very friendly. They would usually say hi and will ask you how's your day/stay. They even gave my baby a balloon and my baby loves it. The moment we checked-in to the day we check-out, they are very nice and they even kept our bags. They will assist you in bringing your bags to your room tho the stairs are okay. They smiled at you and you will feel comfortable. It is safe. It is old but the interior/inside the room is modern and looks like newly renovated. The room have prepared water, coffee, tea and mini bar (if you want to buy). Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, toothbrush and ear kit is available which is super good and they do change them when you ask hanged the "clean the room" at your door. Very HOTEL vibes. Don't judge the book by its cover haha (it looks old/outdated outside). Oh btw, the bed is good. We slept comfortably. Its cold now but after going out, felt a bit hot and I opened the AC to DRY but we received a knock bec the other guest doesnt want AC. So I guess it is a centralized. The staff apologized and asks us if we want to change room if we want AC. We refused because we are good. The staff is nice. My baby whose 1 yr old makes noise, sorry neighbors (they heard the noise). The walls are not soundproof so at times you can hear the movements in the room.

A delightful, charming, and comfortable boutique hotel in the heart of Tbilisi. The lobby and rooms were very comfortable with nice amenities, and the staff were all friendly and helpful. The location is perfect - easy to get to everything else in Tbilisi, including the Metrol. The lobby had a strong aroma from incense or scented candles, which was a bit strong.

Beautiful spot and the staff were very kind and welcoming. The only down side is that the included breakfast is served at a restaurant down the road.

Excellent attention to guest's needs. Nice shared balcony affording great view. Located just behind the Tblisi old wall ruins. From hotel, walk 2-5 minutes either to Liberty Square with all kinds of modern mall department stores, underground shops, Spar grocery and even giant supermarket ground level of building across boulevard or other direction to Old Tblisi cobblestone street neighborhood that is crawling with tourists and bakeries, restaurants, souvenir shops. Super quiet neighborhood. All kinds of bus lines (maybe 10-15 2-3 minutes down the staircase next to accomdation. Having not stayed longer.

Where do I even begin! The staff was amazing - very accommodating and welcoming. I had an unexpected late arrival in Tbilisi (after 1am, when I was supposed to be there closer to 8pm) and the staff was very communicative and reassured me they would be waiting for me to arrive. The hotel was very cozy and in a great, central location. N/A
