location was the best, rooms were big enough and clean, the breakfast was nice if you have a car and you are planning to use their parking area, DON'T choose this place. I informed them during reservation and they told me they reserved a parking space for me. I even informed them about the time I was going to arrive there because I didn't want them to give the space to someone else. When I was there at midnight, they told me they gave the parking space to someone else because they paid for 2 days??? they know I was going to pay for the space for 2 days but the previous payment was greater than their promise I guess. I parked the car on the small street and they told me it was safe. next day, they AGAIN didn't give me the parking area and said your car can stay there. that night at 01.00 AM I arrived at the hotel and I saw some paper on my car window and it was written "if you don't take your car from here, you'll be fired"??? I asked the receptionist and they told me "the manager from another hotel came and said that every one hour" and they didn't inform us before I went them?? they knew all my contact information and they could have reached and I was at the hotel during the day but they were still saying "if you have parking space on the street for free, just leave there"?? it wasn't about money. I looked for an accommodation with a parking space and paid more compared to the other places. Late night, I went out to private parking area and parked the car there and ruined my beautiful night with a horrible note and careless attitude.

The staff are absolutely amazing — genuinely helpful, always smiling, and very supportive. Their attitude is one of the few highlights of the stay. The hotel’s location is also excellent, situated in a key spot where you can easily walk to most of the city’s attractions. The hotel’s services, facilities, and overall experience are far from what you would expect from a 5‑star property. I would rate it 3 stars at best. The breakfast was extremely disappointing, with very limited options. The bed was uncomfortable, which made the stay even worse. Overall, this was one of my most unpleasant hotel experiences. I booked under the impression that it was a true 5‑star hotel, but it clearly is not. Additionally, they do not offer room service after 10 PM, which means you cannot order dinner to your room at that time—another major inconvenience. This stay fell well below my expectations.

The hotel was good, the location was great and the staff - especially Ruziko and Dato - were just excellent! Many thanks to them with love and greetings from Armenia!

The food was very poor, suitable for 4 or 3 stars.

Location Stinky smell in the rooms, curry smell Rude and unprofessional receptionist and manager Party in the restaurant seems like in the room

Breakfast: Unfortunately disappointing. There were very few options, limited variety, and the food was not tasty. Room: The room had an unpleasant cigarette smell, which affected the overall comfort of the stay.

The property is very neat and clean, with plenty of dining options available nearby. The breakfast was disappointing, with no coffee machine or even still water available, and the staff were not courteous. This property definitely does not meet 5-star standards.

Location The room is not soundproof, the music at the bar is disturbing for light sleepers
-
Location was great and close to everything in the center! The music from the restaurant was too loud at night.

The hotel is clean and close to everything, and I highly recommend it. The reception staff, especially Temara, and all the other staff are wonderful. The internet connection is weak and I couldn't use it on either my iPad or phone. They said it will be fixed in the future.
