Staff was really helpful Perfectly designed for an old town Everything was so convenient for us. The mattress springs have worn out. So after 2 days we woke up with a back pain. The room had a musty smell but the decorations were a bit old too so i guess it was normal.

This hotel is a small one on a quit narrow street right in Old Town. It's easy to walk to most things and public transportation is easy to get. The room was good size, clean, the internet good, and the staff helpful. I had a good stay. They don't serve breakfast if your looking for a hotel that does.

Very close to every major attraction in the city. Cousy and quite, off the main road a bit so not much noise. Staff was very nice and professional. Reception helped with everything quickly and had answers about everything. Housekeeping was very good as well. Breakfast on site or referral to good place to have breakfast would have been nice, upon arrival to hotel.

Super kind and helpful stuff! Amazing location! Very clean and comfortable! We had 2 rooms: 1 was very good, no minuses, but in the second room sometimes in the evening the smell of sewerage water appeared.

It is quiet, the staff were helpful and friendly and that made me feel at ease in my first day in a new country Nothing. The room was spacious, and clean. It had everything I needed, and it close by to alot of restaurants and the city square.

you can walk to major tourist spot comfy bed and private and quiet the bathroom need to be improved shower has no door so water splash out hair dryer not very strong blow no need to request for room with view because there is nothing to see outside and terrace is very small

Good location, close to the freedom square and very supportive staff! Facilities weren’t so good, shower wasn’t comfortable, and the internet was disconnecting constantly. But overall everything was good.

A very comfortable hotel on a quiet street, yet extremely close to major landmarks and attraction. Amazingly friendly staff and impeccably clean room. Everything is convenient in the room. A historic accent gives the hotel even more charm. The only thing which the hotel did not have during our stay is television. Looked like they were cut off from the provider.

Fantastic hotel in the centre of Tbilisi old town. Short walk to lots of main sites and other areas of town. Lots of lovely bars and restaurants on your doorstep. Room was cleaned daily and very comfortable. Staff were lovely and friendly. Thank you !

The hotel is in the hearth of the city. Museums, pubs, clubs, restaurants are all in the walking distance. We really loved our stay. The staff were very nice as well The bed was not comfortable, and was making a lot of noises when you move
