Wonderful property in the heart of Old Town! Just a stone's throw from the best restaurants and shopping that the city has to offer. Puplic transportation is just a three minute walk from the hotel, including the bus to the airport. I LOVED having a washer in my unit, as well as a kitchenette. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to others!

I would have liked breakfast on site. There is a small coffee shop next door but it only opens at 10 pm. The hotel only has a handful of rooms so I understand that they cannot provide much reception service.

The shower only had one door, which was a bit inconvenient as the water kept splashing out onto the floor, but it wasn't critical.

Located in old town near busy restaurants but it was quiet, self contained apartment. The shower was good and the hot water was reliable. Impressed that washing machine soap was provided. Staff offered to clean everyday and replace towels. Looked like the pictures on the website and excellent value for money. Difficult to find, 3 silver hotels within 50m of each other, booked transfer from airport through hotel and driver still took us to wrong one.

Great little boutique hotel. We stayed there every time we passed through Tblisi, five times in total. We stayed in three different rooms, but decided our favourite was the Suite. Everything is spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. Great beds, great shower, spacious rooms, noiseless airco. Quiet little side street at walking distance of the old town. Communication over WhatsApp was quick and efficient, and the lady who runs the place is absolutely wonderful. Too bad she doesn't speak any English... Nothing I can think of.

I was met on arrival and shown the studio. It was spacious and included a separate kitchen as well as the ensuite. The bedroom had good aircon and the shower was great. The kitchen had basic tea and coffee supplies. The location in the old town was fantastic, being only a 5 minute walk to the clock tower. Nothing - it was all good

The bed was comfortable, and the apartment was super-quiet. It's perfect for one or two people. The balcony with peeks of interesting street life is a big plus. The kitchen was well-equipped, and there is even a washing-machine. Loved the little Turkish coffee maker! The internet connection is strong. Communication was easy and pleasant. All in all, a little gem. Nothing at all.
