The lady that welcomed us, was very friendly and accommodating. The location in old town is amazing, a lot of cool cafes and restaurants are around and everything is within walking distance. It was very dirty and dusty. They left dirty mugs with spoons from previous guests. The night stand was destroyed and around it there were many dead bugs. It’s obvious they didn’t vacuum the room. In the shower there was still hair too. The sheets and blankets are already falling apart and I got an allergic reaction from the dusty pillows and bed.

I had to arrive to the hotel much more earlier than the check-in hour was. Very smiley and nice lady came and met me. It was a cold rainy day and and arround 3pm I returned to hotel for a second and found out that outside the temperature was higher than inside. Aslong the room was on a 1st floor I could not leave the window opend. Texted to lady asking to turn the heating system on and aslong as in the description to the vooking was mentioned that they have also a kettle, askd ther ti provide me with it also, as it was missing in the room. When I turned bak to hotel late night there was no kettle, no heating, shower pipe was injured, aslog as happens that the hotel is still in semy-repated conditon there was no one onthe front desk. I've texted the lady who was in charge at hotel and she answered me that she lives away from city centernand can not help me. That night I had to sleep in jeans and hoody.

It was very clean, brand new and the owner was very nice and helpful ( she helped us with the laundry). The location is amazing in the heart of the old town but not too loud. As the hotel is still under construction there was no aircon only a fan. Even open windows at night wouldn’t help to cool the room (even though it was not hot outside). This I am sure will be fixed in no time.

It is in the city center and also it is cheap. This hotel is still far from a real hotel. The owners does not speak any English only Russian and Georgian and for these reasons we could hardly understand each other. During our last night we were woken up that someone was beating the external door hardly. It turned out the owner brought some new guests tothe hotel in the middle of the night without telling us not to lock the door from inside. The all thing occured because they dont speak any English. Otherwise it is not a completed building yet, and there is no permanent presence on site on behalf of the owners. Moreover, on booking it was shown it was possible to pay by card while it was not. This whole thing could work but they need to improve significantly.
