Near to downtown. Very accessible to restaurant, tourist attractions and metro. There’s no elevator as it was in Old Tbilisi. Staying in fourth floor was kindda hard and it too hot during the day to stay in the room coz it was like attic room

The terrace experience was impressive: it was huge and conveniently equipped with a set of its own furniture. There seems to be a proper lighting source but the big problem was that it did not work, which was rather underwhelming. I could have asked the night manager to try and fix it somehow, but at half past eleven I was not really in the mood. Also, in contrast to the previous stay, the bedding was not just a bit tired but on its way to disintegration I daresay: the towels were actually torn in some places - still very clean, though. My feedback from the last stay was ignored: a guest apparently has to choose between the fridge and the kettle or go to some lengths and move the latter, or indeed the former, closer to the plug socket.

The location was near Liberty Square, 5-6 minutes walking. Large room and a balcony. Teapot is available with caps and coffee. Narrow street , taxi approach is difficult.

First of all, I really like the location. It is walkable to every important thing. It’s nice to walk around in the morning. I don’t have to use Taxi at all. Second of all, I really like the size of the rooms and the cleans. I liked the view. I had a very nice balcony. And the stuff is amazing. I even asked for a new cattle and it was brought to the next day into my room everybody’s so nice. Everybody speaks Russian. And English and I felt like home. There is a cold and hot water. The bathroom is very clean. The room is cleaned every day. I had a coffee, tea sugar. Internet was working, amazingly from my window. I had a fantastic view. There is light everywhere.

It was a bit noisy: not the area but the neighbours - I had to sleep with my ear-plugs in. The tray with the kettle was awkwardly placed on the fridge next to the single socket: so one obviously has to choose between the hot and the cold beverages. Or move the tray to the writing desk, which I did. Why not put the extension cord for both - I don't know. The toiletries were in place, but why not add a mini tube of toothpaste to the assortment? One more thing that I didn't like was the bedding: all too 'syntheticy' - rather unpleasant to the touch and producing micro-lightnings throughout the dark Georgian night.

The location was accessible and easy to find. Staff was nice. Had a great view. The room was cold. Even though we told the staff about our problem they didn't fix it. AC wasn't working.

I booked for 2 nights with a reschedule dates option. The hotel did not allow me to reschedule the dates. Feel like a big scam. Also they didn't refund the money. 220 GEL loss. Not recommended to anyone.

Location only. when we requested the receptionist a tissue at night wth the reception she said we hav to wait in the morning like she does not hav access whch I find weird. I mean its not about the stuff but how you as a receptionist night shift don’t hav access, she does not speak English and not as approachable, at night totally no light even at the hall so wen u arrive midnyt u hav to help urself.

The hotel is 200 mts to the Liberty Square, but the street looks like a favela. The pic of the room with balcony is totally deceiving. From the third floor you only see a huge tree in front of your nose. Besides, the description in Booking said: "Upper floors accessible by stairs only". The truth is the building DOES NOT have a lift. I arrived at night and the staircase was not illuminated. Not a single light bulb! Pls see the view from the balcony in the pix below. The building is OK, but the street looks pretty bad, with houses in a very bad shape, that make you think twice about going out at night.

Location Simple

The bathroom could have been cleaner, and the refrigerator was a bit noisy during the night, but these were minor issues for a short stay. For a quick city break or an overnight stop, I would still recommend this hotel.

I like the way Maia Welcomed me and tried to help me a lot. I didn’t like the manager behavior was so bad, and He didn’t give me the room as I booked (single with balcony), i found myself on a triple room in the very first floor even looks like ground floor, i called him from booking number and he was saying you stay only one night, he hang up on me and he was so bad and not professional at all, I will never ever suggest this place for anyone, don’t be fouled by the pictures the reality is much worse, especially when you get involved with the manager conversation he doesn’t even look like an hotelier, he should learn hospitality before managing a hotel. My stay over all was really bad and disappointing.
