Super close the city center (walking distance), the Restaurent has a beautiful view of the city, and offers delicious food across the day for reasonable rates.

Although Booking.com stated that check-in starts at 2:00 PM, the reception staff informed us that check-in was at 3:00 PM. They even made it seem as if allowing us to check in at 2:00 PM would be a complimentary early check-in, which was confusing and misleading. Some of the reception staff were also quite indifferent and not particularly helpful. Another disappointment was that nowhere during the booking process was it mentioned that our room would be located in the basement. It was labeled as "First Floor," but in reality it was on level -1. Even the elevator goes to -1 when you press the button for the first floor, which felt misleading. On the positive side, the restaurant staff and housekeeping team were friendly and professional. Since it was my birthday, the hotel kindly surprised me with a complimentary bottle of wine, which was a thoughtful gesture. The room was clean, and the breakfast was satisfactory. Overall, the stay had both positive and negative aspects, but the lack of transparency regarding the room location and the inconsistent service at reception were the biggest drawbacks. Overall, our stay was average, but there were several disappointing points. Although Booking.com stated that check-in starts at 2:00 PM, the reception staff informed us that check-in was at 3:00 PM. Location is bad because hotel located in top . Breakfast is poor.

The walls are very thin, you can hear everything. And the breakfasts aren't very tasty.

I booked this hotel because of the view and the view was worth it. However there some aspects that were disappointing. Like there were no chairs and table on the room balcony. You can see them on the photos but the balcony in my room was empty. Then there were problems with electricity in my room, it just didn’t work so I had to change the room. The bathroom facilities looked tired, the wc flush buttons were not fixed well on the wall so they felt directly into the toilet. So the place is definitely not first class. Don’t book it if details are important for you. Book it for the view and the terrace. Having breakfast on the terrace felt really good. I give my stay 6 out of 10 after all. Reality does not match the photos. No chairs on the balcony. Tired bathroom facilities.

Everything was good

The staff were very friendly. The restaurant view is amazing Our room was sold like a street view, but in reality you have almost no view. Cleaning can be better especially in the bathroom.
-
The thing is , that it was not mentioned anywhere that the rooms would be in -1,-2,-3 floors.
-
Absence of the drain in the bathroom in common area .

The city view. The stay was overall fine, and the location was good with a nice city view. However, there were no shops close to the hotel, so we had to walk down to the main street to buy basic necessities. There were some inconveniences during our stay. The telephone in our room was not working, so I had to go to my children’s room on the same floor to contact the reception. On a positive note, the staff were very friendly and tried to be helpful. Unfortunately, the worst part of our stay was the constant noise caused by a group of very impolite guests who occupied around four rooms on our floor. They were screaming, singing, dancing, and walking loudly in the hallway, calling out to each other at very high volumes. This went on throughout the day until 4:00 AM and started again around 10:00 AM, making it impossible for us to sleep properly. Although the staff attempted to quiet them down, the group did not cooperate, and no serious action was taken by the hotel management. Many guests were clearly disturbed by this situation, yet it continued without resolution.
