Breakfast was delicious! Hotel was unique and the balcony room with the tub had beautiful views. The location was tranquil and easy to access. The location was good, about a 30-minute walk to some of the main sites. But if you don’t mind taking a taxi or Bolt, everything is easy to access. The hotel was in great condition but our room needed a little TLC with the tub and lighting.

Specially staff. Helpful, friendly and professional The hotel is well located, still not very noisy here. Recommend for quests to ask for a room with window for an opposite for a street room. The windows are soundproof and, however, with closed window you dont hear the street

The hotel is not suitable for people with disabilities. The elevator goes to a half floor, then you need to use stairs

Breakfast was good if repetitive. The facility overall is very nice. One quirk is the lift, which require that you walk half a flight to get to it and then up half a flight to reach your floor. Nothing that stands out as really in need of improvement.

The decor and the general ambiance is very charming, the cleanliness and the smiling, friendly staff, the willingness to assist me whenever I asked for something. The location is charming and a walking distance from nearby sights and attractions . Somehow anytime a door was opened in an adjacent room, the sound was pretty loud. I was moved rooms because of my discomfort and that made all the difference

Service was very poor.There staff was unfriendly specially there restaurant waitress.She was like a gangster.I complained about her that she needs to be trained or change her position but they were like sory we cant do nothing about her.Aircondotion and water heater problem.We complained but nobody bothered to listen.Reception person is always missing No help for carrying luggage.Overall worst experience dont go by the fake ratings.In Georgia almost all hotels gives 9 score rating which i doubt.

The place is very nice and cozy, with miditeranian inspired interior. I also love their bar area and garden. The elevator and stairs, if you’ll use the elevator, you still have to use the stairs going to the floor of your room. You will struggle if you have lots of luggages.
