Omart Hotel - Gallery

I love everything about this place: the spacious rooms with large bathrooms, the antique furniture, the artwork, and the beautifully curated interior. One of my favorite spots is the rooftop terrace, where you can simply sit and enjoy the view over Tbilisi. There’s also a lovely green garden with cozy corners where it’s perfect to have a coffee, read a book, or work in peace. Although the hotel is just a few minutes’ walk from the busiest tourist streets, it’s incredibly quiet. All you hear in the morning is birdsong. A special mention goes to the owner. She is young, elegant, and stylish, and every morning she prepares breakfast herself—pancakes, fritters, omelets, homemade fruit compotes, Georgian cheeses, and fresh fruit. She is always happy to give recommendations, help with anything you need, or simply make sure you’re enjoying your stay. She has a wonderful way of making every guest feel genuinely welcome. At some point, you realize you’re not staying in a hotel anymore. It feels as if you have friends in Georgia, and every time you come back to Tbilisi, you’re staying with them. Thank you for creating that feeling. It’s the reason I keep coming back.

The breakfast was fantastic, freshly cooked and served with such genuine hospitality. The location was on a beautiful hilly street of Tbilisi with captivating views all around, away from noise and crowds, yet easy to get to the touristy parts on foot. The hotel is a touching tribute to the great Georgian painter (the hostess' late father), whose works greet you from the walls in the hallways and rooms. My family is very grateful to Tamara for our truly unforgettable stay at Omart Hotel and Gallery, sharing her family legacy and treating us with famous Georgian hospitality!

The location of the property is very close by to old town, literally 15 mins of walking. Apart from this, the room is very spacious & comfortable. We were staying on the third floor with a spectacular view of the city. The host Tamar, her mom & her daughters are very friendly and full of warmth, they made us feel like home, as if we are a part of their family. Breakfast was freshly prepared every day & we were always greeted with smiles. I will be more than happy to come back to stay at Omart! absolutely nothing

Это не просто отель, это настоящий музей с удивительной атмосферой, красивыми картинами и историей, которая чувствуется в каждой детали. Здесь хочется рассматривать каждый уголок и наслаждаться уютом. Номера очень чистые, просторные и оснащены всем необходимым для комфортного отдыха. Нас было шесть человек, и найти подходящие номера для такой большой компании, задача не из легких. Но благодаря Тамаре всё было организовано идеально. Она помогла с размещением, всегда была рядом и сделала всё, чтобы мы чувствовали себя как дома? Отдельного восхищения заслуживают завтраки. Каждый день они были разными, невероятно вкусными и приготовленными с душой. Домашняя выпечка, потрясающий торт, свежие продукты, каждое утро было настоящим праздником? Тамара, спасибо Вам за Вашу заботу, помощь, искреннее гостеприимство, теплоту и любовь к своему делу. Таких людей встречаешь очень редко. Вы не просто принимаете гостей, Вы дарите ощущение дома вдали от дома? Мы искренне благодарны Вам за всё. The rooms and the building itself are filled with aesthetics, incredible creativity and talent. If you’re in Tbilisi, it’s the only place to be.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

I liked everything, can’t imagine what can be improved. It is a small house run by family, adorable Neli and Tamara, thank you for such a warm welcome and especially for incredible breakfast❤️ The room itself is big and comfortable, we had 1 king bed (super nice pillows and mattress) and sofa for kid, also enough space to keep 2 big suitcases open for the whole trip. The hotel is 10-12 min from old city and it is a nice up and down walk, very easy. Definitely recommend and come back! Nothing

Good value, firendly and helpful staff, good location

Omart Hotel Gallery was awesome! The owner (Tamara) was so welcoming, so kind and the best host we ever experienced. We felt like home. The room was gorgeous and spacious, perfectly clean, and well-equipped with almost everything. The Breakfast is completely homemade it was was WOW. Everything was top-notch. The view was incredible, and the location was perfect right near everything. The whole experience was fantastic. It's one of the best hotels we've ever been to, and we totally recommend it. Can't wait to go back!

In this wonderful hotel you will find the best of everything, a warm atmosphere, generous hosts, delicious breakfasts. The rooms are bright and cozy, the internet is of excellent quality, everything is at the highest level and most importantly, reasonable prices. Everything was Ok.

Best place to stay in old tblisi for this price range.

Conveniently located in Old Town Tbilisi, nicely decorated hotel. What made the stay truly remarkable were however the hosts: Tamar and her family were so warm and welcoming, in word and deed (amazing breakfast, tea, homemade pastry). Also, the view over Tbilisi from the third floor was a nice bonus

Beautiful hotel - basically a house with a gallery turned into a hotel. Large spacious room. Very comfortable. Great little private balcony. Exceptional breakfast. The owner was very kind. The old lady (owner's mom) was a little mean to me at first but I think I won her over at the end.

Georgian hospitality is something special) At this hotel you feel as a dear guest rather than a client. Family run hotel, with beautiful rooms and delicious Georgian cuisine for breakfast) Thanks a lot Tamiko, you made our stay unforgettable!

Omart Hotel is in a small alley in a quiet residential neighbourhood. If you are travelling light you can easily access it from the stairs from Orthachala castle bus stop on the photo. There are a few other Hotels and apartments nearby. It is 10 minutes walk to Sulphur Baths downhill. The Hotel shares the courtyard with another establishment. Omart is a small Hotel with only 6 rooms and run by a family, grandma Nelli, mom Tamara and daughters Ruso and Nino.  Tamara made every effort to make us feel home. We had a room upgrade to a room with City view. Rooms are spacious with a nice bathroom with toiletries. The Hotel walls are beatifully covered by paintings. There is a terrace at the top where you can enjoy the view at night. The breakfast is not an open buffet, but prepared to your taste. Usually it was too much with fresh fruits, haçapuri, tomatoes, fruit compote, omelette, etc and we could not finish it all. Unfortunately there is no elevator in the Hotel.

The staff were great. Thank you Tamar, Mino, Rusa and of course mama. The room, bed were spacious and extremely comfortable.The attention was excellent. Breakfasts were brilliant. Great view of the city from our window. Beautiful neighborhood. Everything was great.

A definitely memorable stay in this family-run hotel. Good location, quiet area and maximum 15minutes to the old city by feet. Clean and comfortable, made me feel like home. Very nice homemade breakfast. A store nearby so you can buy drinks, foods. Inside the hotel you can see many great paintings by the grandfather of the family. One more thing, you can go to the roof and see the city view. Nothing.
