Very cozy hotel, good breakfast and very great coffee by owner. In the high floor big terrace where we stay every evening with glasses of wine ?. Personal are very friendly and nice. Nothing

The hotel is located in old Tbilisi and commuting is easy The hotel is managed by the owner, who is managing everything including the breakfast. We stayed for two nights and there was no room service. Breakfast was not fresh at all and was not provided on time

The property is very cozy and comfortable and clean me and my husband we celebrate there our valentine and month’s anniversary date it was nice hotel to stay Its too high ,and for im pregnant its too hard for me but i manage it haha ,

The rooms are great, they were clean, spacy and well equiped. The bathroom (at least in my room) was excelent, the shower had a lot of space, there was double sink and a lot of light. The beds were also confy (at least for myself, didn't talk to other guys in other rooms). The staff/owner of the hotel was very nice and kind, he explained everything and really looked like he care. The breakfast were really delicious with a lot of various cheese, scrambled eggs and a lot of different salads. The hotel has a very good view of the city from the top community space. Maybe the only two downsides of this hotel is the location, which is up the steep road and to come there by the foot was kinda exhausting (but nothing horrible). With this comes the not that great parking, but those two things were not really that important/bad for us.

The breakfast was good however I would recommend music and also a coffee machine for self service. The hotel was in a good location, walking distance from the restaurants and other sites. The host could be a bit more friendly.

Helpful and friendly staff. Bathrooms contain bidet hose (Shataf). Nothing, all was good. Just the hotel is located in very high hill, you need to be careful while driving and parking.

Great room, wifi, shower, comfy bed, everything great. 5 minutes walk from hot baths area. We called the manager at 6 am from airport just to drop our luggage before check in and he allowed us to pass by the hotel and let our luggage there. Very kind and professional. Good breakfast Highly recommended There is nothing to say. The only remark is about the psition of the hotel. It is a 5 minutes walk from the hot baths area (which is great) but to reach it there is a very steppy slope. Better to choose this hotel for people with a good health and fit people.

Beautiful room and the hotel has a terrace with great views over the city. Location is on a hill just above the old city and close to many restaurants.
