Really good location, close to everything you would want though it’s in a pretty steep hill so get ready to use your quads.

In general the hotel is very nice and comfortable. The staff is also very kind and hospitable. The breakfast is very nice. Location is rather good one. At first our room was very small one, but they offered us a free upgrade cause this was our 5th visit. For sure we will be back again. N/A

Everything was good. Breakfast very good as well. Location is also very good and view from the hotel is excellent. All in all great value for money. Highly recommended. The hotel is located at steep slope and would be an issue for elderly and small kids to walk to the hotel. Reception staff could be little more polite and accommodating.

The view from our room was amazing, overlooking the whole city of Tbilisi and the beautiful green mountains. The room itself was comfortable and well-suited to our stay The location was not very convenient, as it was surrounded by rough roads. The service was also disappointing — no one helped us with our luggage, and when we checked out, there was no staff at the reception desk, so we had to leave the key on our own.

It was our first time in Tbilisi, and this hotel made a very good first impression! First, the location is amazing. It’s very near the old town (you have to walk a bit uphill but I didn’t mind it since it’s a nice walk). Breakfast was pretty good, and the staff were excellent. Would definitely recommend this place and I’d stay here again when I go back to Tbilisi.

We were a family of three couple and a child. The hotel was excellent for the value. We requested for room with a view and what exceptional views of the city we got too good. The room was beautiful neat and clean. Services were also very good . Good responsive staff and reception. Honestly I have zero complaints. The breakfast had variety of options which changed every 2 days. Plus it was halal. All in all I am so pleased that I will stay here again if I come .

Customer service is bad, they are so mean and not helpful at all. Maybe this is something in their culture a lot of Georgian people are mean and not friendly at all.

Everything was great. We have requested a baby cot and they provided. Because of baby, cleanse so important for us, this hotel so Clean and comfortable and it has a lift. Breakfast was great. Location is great, however, hotel located a bit high point of Tbilisi. Walking up to hotel a bit hard.
