The room had a wonderful view of the city, especially at night. They are super clean that even bathroom grout is clean. Staff are all very respectful and nice. Everyone is always smiling. We asked for extra pillows and blankets and they immediately provided them. We also struggled with charger outlet and they provided a charger for us. They prefer cash payments, but also take card. I texted them before arrival asking for card payment and they didn't mind. Hotel and area is calm. They offer a bidet, and halal food; both are essential to Muslim guests. Location is close to everything but via car. The hotel is at the top of a hill. The roads are steep, slippery, and not easy to walk up or down. If you prefer walking instead of taking a taxi, I wouldn't recommend booking here and to find a hotel directly at the main street. There are no shops or pharmacies nearby (within ten minute walking distance). You need a car to get essentials. However, it is only a 5 minute ride to the center or attractions. Be aware, bathroom drains smell so bad because the area is very old. We couldn't use the room bathroom for more the 5 minutes at a time as the drain beside the sink smelled so bad we couldn't breathe when inside.

Great views, halal food, muslim friendly. Rashid was a big help in navigating the city and finding halal places to eat. They helped me find a good place for carwash as well. Parking available.
