The walls between the rooms seemed rather thin, as it was often possible to hear neighbors talking, taking showers, and even their alarm clocks.

Very good, clean hotel with kind and helpful staff. Rooms were cleaned daily, and we even received a nice welcome gift. Breakfast was tasty with good variety each day. The location is close to the center, though it’s on a hill, however easy to reach by taxi.

Nice & friendly staff The hotel is indeed close to the main attractions of the old town, as mentioned in the reviews. However, it’s located on a hill, which makes walking to and from the hotel a bit challenging, especially for those with heavy luggage or mobility issues. Unfortunately, I had to change rooms because ants appeared overnight around a cup of coffee and on my bed (attached fotos). However, even in the new room, the problem persisted – ants showed up again after I took a shower. Breakfast was quite basic and repetitive — the same items every day — so I decided not to go for the last two mornings. In a new room I had only one towel, used shower gel, and uncleaned room after “room service”

Location was good. Staff was nice and friendly especially Temo, but the receptionist girls were a bit rude, we asked dental kids and iron and they asked us to come and take it from the reception, maybe they have such service rules but the receptionist Temo was kind and he was bringing the iron if we have asked in his working days. We asked twice to clean the rooms and left the label with “please clean my room” but they didn’t. Maybe we had some misunderstandings. They left fruit plate as a compliment with sorry letter but without cleaning the rooms again??

Nothing at all There was bugs on the room. The staff was rude and didnt care about customers at all. Breakfast was always cold and not worth.
