Excellent premises, perfect locaiton, super friendly, helpful staff and super attentive to clients' needs. Our big thanks to all staff we interacted with during our short stay! Honestly I can not recall any small thing to mention here. Maybe just one feedback for consideration. The day before departure from Tbilisi I arranged with the reception one hour late check out, e.g. at 1 pm instead of regular 12 pm. However, next day when I was checking out at 1 pm another staff pointed to me that I am one hour late. I explained the situation, but the answer was - it is not in the system. Finally, everything was nicely arranged, but it would be advisable to ensure that such kind of information/arrangements are transferred when the shifts are chaning.

The rooms were very clean, and everything else was excellent. The only downside was the breakfast price, which I felt was a bit expensive for this hotel. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay.

The location Having the Hilton brand I was surprised at the service level (POOR) and the rooms rundown and so are in the room amenities.

The service is well-intentioned, and the staff are polite and doing their best. However, the overall experience feels inconsistent with what one would expect from a four- or five-star hotel. There is only one restaurant, and the menu is fairly limited. Basic items—such as a properly poached egg—were not understood or prepared correctly, which reflects a lack of training. The team appears young and somewhat inexperienced; while they are courteous, they seem more like temporary staff than hospitality professionals.
