Wonderful, kind host and very comfortable. A bit away from city center, but that is a big plus as it is a more peaceful neighborhood. Lots of space and very clean. There are numerous bakeries, restaurants and shops within walking distance; and a lovely greenspace park is adjacent. A tremendous value in a pleasant environment. Highly recommended.

Сozy and quiet place. The hostess was very kind. The room was spotlessly clean, the bed was comfortable, and the antique-style interior created a special atmosphere. The location is fantastic, there's a park nearby, fresh air, and the birds sing in the morning

I had the chance to stay at V Park Hotel during my short but lovely trip to Tbilisi, and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel was exceptionally clean — everything was spotless, which made me feel very comfortable. What stood out just as much was the hotel manager, a very kind and professional lady who made me feel truly welcome. Her warm hospitality made a real difference. The location is nice, Vake is a nice neighborhood to live in, it's much less touristy and really quiet. The mattresses are really really soft and bouncy, if you are used to harder and more firm mattresses like us, this could be a problem for you.

Simple guesthouse with I think 4 guest rooms. The owners/managers were usually not around the property, I think. There is a phone number you can reach them at. Anyways, the location is next to Vake Park, is very quiet. The owners/managers (?) were very accommodating with my early arrival, which I appreciate a lot. Bathroom nice and clean. Room clean and internet worked well. All fine. Everything was OK. It is small and hidden away (could be very hard to find), and I don't think they serve breakfast. Maybe sometimes it would be convenient to have a person at the reception, but with only four rooms this might not be feasible. When they were there, the owner or managers were nice.

1. good location near Vake Park 2. best money for value - it's cheap 3. good facilities like A/C and towels and Hot water and so 4. every day they clean the room 5. very nice owners 1. not a lot of sunlight 2. it is clean but there were 2 times I saw small bugs on the floor 3. old furnitures
