Front desk representatives were rude. I couldn’t reach my guest over the phone, and asked front desk to call on internal phone. Also I told them room number and name&surname of the guest. They were saying they couldn’t give the information about guest to third party. Then they told me they were unable to reach him on the internal phone. Only when the guest checked out I surprisingly found out that nobody has called him. I haven’t experienced such a bad approach from the hotel staff.

The staff was exceptionally well behaved and catered to each and every one of my needs i asked for a bell boy as my hand luggage was heavy and they didn’t have this service, also the restaurant isn’t 24/7 and that’s a problem. I also received no wine glasses to celebrate my birthday at midnight because the restaurant was closed

The terrace attached to the room on 5th floor. Spread enough and fresh air was awesome. Some more vegetarian food options will be added advantage.
