I've booked a room for my mom and her friend. "Very kind staff - especially Lana. Also the boys, helped a lot with solving different cases during our travel. Hotel is small, very cosy located near the metro and close to center. Rooms are clean and all facilities functioning good. We will come back for sure!" Nothing to mention.

The size of the room, the cleanness and the staff.

Dirty, people are super despicable, bad service, smell like it was closed for many years, humidity in the air, the rooms are never serviced, the manager is harsh and the receptionist, who does not speak any English, prefers to keep chatting on their phone instead of saying hello or asking for any requests. A great building with a lot of potential with a very unprofessional management and accordingly, very poor service. And the breakfast included? Not if you want to have a proper coffee or tea, that is extra 3.5 euros, if you need a copy of your key, another 10 euros.... Some experience to just forget Never again

I recently stayed at your hotel and, unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The room was not properly clean, and the air conditioning was in very poor condition. I raised my concerns with the front desk, but the staff member was uncooperative and refused to change my room. This lack of assistance made my stay very uncomfortable, and I will never return to this hotel again. Additionally, the manager accused me of not paying the full amount, took the remaining money, and left. Later, she came back and apologized, but the approach was unprofessional and disrespectful. I had also requested an iron in my room, but was surprised to be told I had to go downstairs to iron myself. Eventually, the man at reception kindly said his wife would do the ironing, which I appreciated, but this is not the standard I expected. Overall, there was no sense of comfort during my stay. I do not recommend this hotel at all. Sincerely

It was good Remote to control the air conditioning needs to be available in the room, on the hotel and booking site the COVID restrictions need to be removed since the property is currently not following the restrictions, it needs to be explained that payment for the room is in local cash no cards

The staffs are friendly and helpful. My son bed was already prepared on check in. Calling the client many times to check out where as a customer I should feel welcomed and comfortable even there was a booking for another client there should be always exceptional solutions .

The hotel staff was very kind, the location is comfortable and the hotel is accessible too. The room is a little small, but didn’t bother me..

The room was spacious. It had a fridge but no kettle. The carpeting looked filthy and the lighting was not pleasant. They offer a good breakfast, but I only tried it once, as I usually don’t eat in the mornings.j I wish the room had a kettle. I wish overall it looked cleaner.

Location Lift was not operating and the room was smelling of cigarettes

The mini bar items kept in the room were to be paid, which is okay as per the hotel policy- but confusion in the products kept by the staff and payment was requested although the items were not used. The rest was all good.
