Breakfast staff Every thing, starting with the welcoming staff they say they don’t have a room with a king bed, the I found one in booking, They didn’t give me the one i reserved, they give me one for a handicap. They didn’t help me with my luggage They didn’t have a parking man to help me with the car. The room wasn’t clean, dust everywhere, even in the bed sheet.

Transfer was good. Spa is surprisingly good, the pool is fine. Breakfast is good and clears the bar of a 5 star breakfast, although the normal, human-made coffee costs extra.

Comfortable bed and great pillows. English TV options. Water in glass bottles free daily. Wonderful breakfast options and restaurant. The shower fixture not placed well. Wasn't able to fix temperature prior to getting in. It was also hard to figure out. The coffee machine and pod flavor not explained.
