The landscape Don’t expect much for the breakfast, could be better if the breakfast was private

Interior design

The rooms were clean and the location of the property was good. Only the breakfast options, the menu is really small for guests residing more than 2-3 days, the options become monotonous and you will have to choose from the available 2-3 options. Though the options in breakfast were good but limited from options perspective.

The hotel was convenient, had helpful staff and an excellent restaurant.

The hotel room was great - wonderful bed, bathroom, I liked the style of the furnishings. I also asked for a quiet room and they definitely delivered on that! We could walk to old town in 10 minutes and it was on many bus lines (the public transit in Tbilisi is extraordinarily easy to use, new, and cheap) The pictures make it look like it is a lush hotel overlooking the mountains. Rather, it's on a busy street, on the opposite side from the river. It was a bit disappointing to arrive to.

Very good location, interesting interior design, and good breakfast menu

There is no window in the kind of room we had but it didn't bother us. The room was beautiful and top standard. With a green plant corner in the comfy annex The breakfasts were served meals not buffet ..but nothing lacking ...in fact more than enough The stairs. We were in the second building that had a long flight of stairs leasing to the door. If the staff didn't take our bags in and out we would never have been able to do it ourselves.

Our room was so comfortable for a family stay. The only thing I did not like was the breakfast. The bread was never fresh even after I mentioned about it.

Best gym I have seen in a hotel. Great staff, very helpful and nice. Very nice bedrooms. Our bedroom was in the back of the hotel and was quite. Location. 3-4 bus stops to the Freedom Square, 30 minutes by foot.

Near to City center ❌ ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED If you have lived in a luxury city like Dubai and are accustomed to global standards of hospitality, be prepared to be shocked by the incredibly poor conditions at this hotel. My experience was deeply disappointing, primarily due to a complete lack of basic amenities and appalling customer service. Upon arriving in my room, I discovered that the tissues had run out, there was no bar soap, and the liquid soap dispenser was not only empty but also had a broken pump. When I called the front desk at night to request these essential items for a shower, I was met with a shockingly rude and insolent attitude. To make matters worse, they flatly stated they had no staff available to bring the replacements. The next morning, I went to the reception to complain in person. They assured me they would follow up. I had to call again, and even after the housekeeping staff came to "clean" the room, none of these issues were addressed. The tissues were not replaced, and the soap situation remained unresolved. Furthermore, the room itself was subpar, with no window and poor ventilation, making it feel stuffy and uncomfortable. The only positive aspect was the hotel's proximity to the city center. However, this single convenience does not come close to compensating for the terrible service, neglect, and unacceptable room conditions. I would strongly advise against staying here.
