the room is just okay clean and descent when they clean the room the next day, no refill of water is given, the soap is only one for 2 nights and 3 days stay and the tissue not enough… no water heater or coffee inside the room

In was in the centre of the city, near the metro. All cafes and restarunats are either turkish or arabian, it is difficult to find georgian food nearby. The bathroom was clean but there was something that need to be cleaned again when we arrived, I asked the reception about it and they say that cleaning staff will be in hotel in the next morning.

Clean rooms, good location. Feels a little like being in a prison with very strict rules - you have to sign a special paper that you will now smoke in the room and when checking out you have to wait so somebody goes and checks your room. Also the breakfast is very basic, only instant coffee. Also the receptionist didn’t know much about the parking even though it is the hotel’s parking.

Clean and quiet rooms, tasty breakfast, nice location. If you want to bathe in hot water, you should first wait 5-10 minutes for the water to heat up, otherwise it's cold. There was also a puddle of water next to the bath every time we took a bath due to the problem with the pipes, I guess. Not the worst experience for sure, but a 4-star hotel could have been a little bit better.

We stayed for just one night. This hotel is close to Marjanishvili metro station and David Agmashenebeli avenue (really pretty) and within walking distance of Rustaveli avenue, so it was easy to reach the city center. Great location! It was clean and the staff was friendly and ready to help since we had some issues with the room facilities. The main problem was with the water. It was cold. The staff said we had to wait from 5 to 10 min for it to get warmer. And it warmed up eventually, but we couldn't figure out how to turn on the shower. When we came back to the hotel at night there was a huge puddle on the bathroom floor out of nowhere. We left early so we couldn't try their breakfast, but there was 24 hours McDonald's Express around the corner :-)
