The room was clean and spacious. Good bathroom. The breakfast was simple but had something different every day. The hostess was more than kind. Excellent location. Visitors should be aware that all parts of the hotel are on the same floor so that means that you can hear people coming and going and also eating breakfast on a day that you might want to sleep in.

Everything is good here. The location, the room, the owner and her family. I have already booked for 2 more nights when I return from Armenia. The Soviet-era elevator is a little scary, but I survived :^) Really, no other issues at all.

I payed for a room for 2 people. On the second day my wife arrived from Russia and I wanted to keep her at my room. The landlady did not let me in with her at 5am in the morning just because she assumed we would have sex and disturb the neighbours. She told me I had to warn her in advance. My payment for the second day was for nothing. No refunds!
