The room was clean. It was quiet. It was 3 minutes walk to the metro. Turmina(spelling??) was very nice. She made sure I was okay when I came back to get my luggage. She even offered to order a taxi for me. The alley way leading to the hotel was fairly dark. The hotel was located at the end of the alley. Please be aware if you plan on arriving late.

I met the rudest receptionist I ever saw in my life. Once I entered the hotel she was sleeping. Although, I apologised for waking her up and my reservation was already paid, I ended up leaving and sleeping in the streets of Tbilisi! (The event was confirmed by Booking.com for those who wish to investigate as all of the hotels in the region were full due to a concert). She was shouting asking why I did not inform them for my arrival time although I had written communication about the matter stating "You dont need to worry about the check in time as there is a 24/7 reception desk). I booked the room for a sleepover as I was leaving the next morning but I didnt even stay for the night because of how rude the "recerptionist" was. Things got worse when i asked if i could get one more bed and pay for the price difference! Dont hesitate! Book this hotel if you want to be treated like trash Worst receptionist I ever saw in my life
