Tiflis Inn Boutique Hotel

The smell was very bad once you open the door , also the bathroom was super smelly

The shower drain wasn't draining properly. The water overflowed onto the bathroom floor, and it was impossible to get out of the shower without flooding the bathroom. Breakfast wasn't as good as I'd expected.

Location is very good, I like this area of Tbilisi. Room has 2 floors, I like it. Soft clean linen. Hot shower, good towels. Friendly staff. Air conditioner. Room was not cosy and not very clean. Some 'design' things are very strange. For example, metal sink. Shower cabin doesn't have sides, so all the floor is wet after the shower. No socket near the bed.

The breakfast was not much option or good. I paid for it but I ended up eating outside.

The lady at the reception was very nice so I don't want to write a bad review but it was a disappointing stay. However, the location and the price are good. First and foremost they need to do something about the humidity in the rooms. I understand it is an old house but there should be something they can do to alleviate the stuffiness one feels inside the room. The windows did not have a net, so there were mosquitos in the room. I unfortunately did not sleep much as a result. The breakfast was underwhelming to say the least. There were many good reviews, so I was disappointed. But if you don't mind these things, it has a great location, very affordable price and a very nice smiling person at the desk.

It’s about 30 min walk from the main attractions but that’s great actually

Staff was veeery kind to us, a great willingness to help us, thanks them both a girl and a boy. Everything was great. Sleeping in the first floor was a lil bit cold.

Staff was exceptionally thoughtful, protective and supportive. The space is lovely, we appreciated the dining and living spaces too which gave us much to chat with the staff about the history of Georgia and the silk roads. Lots of little touches helped it feel warm and comforting. The bathroom has a sewer smell that’s quite challenging to get around and the shopper isn’t water proofed so there’s a mold issue.

Very interesting and unusual furniture, definitely worth visiting. Gentle and attentive stuff, tasty breakfast and very good location, quite close to the majority of the main locations

Location and stuff is good., however rooms are not very clean.

The staff were very helpful and accommodating, which made my stay much easier and more enjoyable. I would definitely book the unit again. The breakfast was decent, though I would suggest upgrading the bed as it feels a bit old, along with some of the other amenities. That said, it’s still a worthwhile hotel to visit in the area, and the excellent service from the staff truly made the difference. Thank you!

Cozy hotel, very well located and staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is on a side road and is there for not too loud at night. There was no ventilation in the bathroom (at least in in our room) which created kind of a stuffy air inside the room. The rooms are rather dark but as we spent most of our time exploring it didn’t matter to much.

This hotel was poorly maintained with even worse management. From the moment we checked in we wanted to leave but were told we could not be refunded even partially for our 5-night stay. The walls were so thin we could hear other guests, mattresses and trash were left in the hallway, and housekeeping never came because we asked for a second key. No one told us this policy until we complained. The front desk is supposedly staffed 24/7 but at night the lone employee sleeps. Our room had a broken bathroom fan, a leaking shower spraying the ceiling, chipped paint, a cracked sink, unfinished wall joints, water-damaged floors, a stained mattress, dust everywhere, and a drooping shower curtain rod. We truly hated our stay
