Great view at the river from the balcony. Very good breakfast Parking and access to taxis are very difficult as the entrance road is very narrow and congested with cars

I loved the great breakfast. There was fresh fruit and made to order omelets. Bonus for the coffee machine that made cappuccino and espresso. The place was hard to access by taxi due to the very narrow streets. Drivers had to take unique routes and very often delayed for pickup. The pillows were a little hard, but that is a personal preference.

I was on the 6th floor with a "balcony" that barely had room for one tiny chair, you couldn't even really sit in it. And it was right across from a hotel that bumped music til after midnight on a Sunday. Walls were pretty thin. The street is very annoying for cars to get through - it's a dead end, so cars were getting stuck and going out backwards and getting rides here was annoying.

Clean It was a bit small and no storage for 2 large suitcases, given that my husband and I were sharing the room.

Wonderful property, modernly furnished right on the cliff on the river. The reception was incredible and I cannot recommend the master suite enough. The balcony was wonderful

The stay was great , clean room , helpful staff at the reception desk. The location of the hotel is a great bonus , close to almost everything you need to visit .

Despite confirming an airport pickup in advance (at 5am, traveling with a 3-year-old), there was no driver upon arrival. When we contacted the hotel, they mentioned they had done what they could and that the driver was unresponsive, which felt a bit dismissive given the situation. The rooms are also quite small, especially for families or those traveling with multiple bags. Once we had our luggage open, it was difficult to move around comfortably. This experience was disappointing overall. We had initially booked another two nights for our return to Tbilisi, but decided to change our accommodation after this.

Location Breakfast was very sad. Very limited items on single table. Same menu daily. Vegetables, fruits, breads were not fresh. They were serving burnt croissants.

Excellent location. Very comfortable beds, pillows and the room was modern and stylish. Private terrace with a fantastice view. Oversized tub for soaking, very nice!! Beautiful shower and room overall. The staff were available for needs.

Location was excellent but hard for cars to access on a one-way dead-end street. We had a long stay and the storage was limited. There were also no places to sit outside of the bed.

The staff was incredibly welcoming and provided exceptional service, even helping us with an upgrade to a room with a beautiful balcony. Everything was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, and the team was extremely helpful in providing all the necessary documents for our stay very quickly. Honestly, there was nothing to complain about during our stay. Everything from the room quality to the hospitality was top-tier and exceeded our expectations.

Beautiful view over the river. Very comfortable bed. Staff were friendly and breakfast service was, although small, of good quality and fresh. I loved the design of the room and the property was well maintained. The elevator was quite confusing. I felt like my room could have been cleaner. There was quite some hair on the floor, including in the bathroom, and they stuck on my socks and/or the complementary slippers provided. I had to ask on multiple occasions for toilet paper, which made me feel a but awkward, because my room wasn’t cleaned even though i was in the city for 5 hours every day. Also two light fixtures were broken. Absolutely not huge dealbreakers, but they were disappointing.

Location is great. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Receptionist Nini is amazing and so welcoming. Breakfast was amazing also. Rooms were cleaned daily and fresh towels daily also. Highly recommend this place.

First of all location . In the Old Town but very close to all the restaurants. Also rooms are overlooking the river - has absolutely fantastic view. Terraces have a privacy which is quite rare. And decor of the hotel was eclectic but modern Breakfast was quite average to be honest .
