Breakfast was mediocre

The hotel offers stunning views over Tbilisi. The hotel has excellent location to most major attractions, restaurants, and the Old Town are within comfortable walking distance. The rooms are clean, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere is very welcoming. Very nice small restaurant is across the road. It would also be nice to see a larger selection of local wines available at reception, especially considering the hotel’s name and wine-themed concept.

Location, cleanliness,all the property looks new and neat. Last day the lady on reception didn’t talk English at all, we had asked before for a late checkout she said ok Then this other lady said no, it was annoying. The breakfast time is 9 to 11, for me i think it should start a bit earlier.

We booked the hotel for the location and views over the river and towards the mountains. When we arrived, we checked our room before checking in. There was a very bad ‘sewage’ like smell coming from the bathroom. We chose to leave and not stay at the hotel.

The location The hotel's air conditioning wasn't working. It was very cold. The temperature inside the hotel was also very low. The heaters weren't warm enough. There were no carpets on the floors, so we were very cold. Breakfast was very poor. Hygiene was completely lacking. The staff weren't helpful enough. This was definitely not a 9.2-star hotel. We were humiliated.

The location was great. You can have access almost to everywhere. The breakfast was not satisfying. In my opinion, they can make it great with simple changes. Getting feedback from the guests will help them a lot.

The timing of the breakfast should have been adjusted and there was one instance that they did not refill the food and still so many guests are not yet able to have their breakfast. The food quality is really good though.

View is perfect for deluxe room No elevator and only round stair not comfortable , parking space is limited and street is crowded

The hotel is in a nice part of the city. The room was comfortable and breakfast was fine. For those who have traveled in the former Soviet Union it is a standard breakfast. The staff were helpful and there were places to eat near by. Parking is literally in front of the hotel on a narrow street so there is no guarantee you will have a parking spot. We had a room with a view of a brick wall, which was fine since we only stayed one night. This may be an issue for others. It is also challenging to find the hotel if you drive there.
