In a very good location, coozy and comfortable Need more facilities liky gym/laptop work corner..

I liked comfy bed and nice decor bathrooms. Also, thank you to GM for anniversary gift wine bottle in room. I had stayed 5 nights. I didn’t like housekeeper alway forget to refill coffee, toilet tissues, and one time use spoon.

The hotel is new, designed and built purposefully, furniture and equipment are fresh, high quality, clean, well maintained. Mat is excellent, toilet is clean and well furnished with supplies. Hotel is close to city center, about half and hour of walk from historical center. Staff kindly agreed to provide us with car parking in front of the hotel. Family room is only on ground floor.

The size of room was a bit smaller than I thought.

Very spacious and well appointed rooms with a comfortable bed plenty of light and a small balcony. It’s tucked down a side street so was fairly quiet. Clean and modern this is one of my favourite hotels on this trip. highly recommended. As his fairly typical the breakfast was ok but can always be improved

Hotel location in the heart of the city center, close to old Tbilisi district. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. I make mistake nonrefundable reservation for 1 day earlier. Hotel management shift my reservation without additional payment. The interior design is very tasteful, especially breakfast/restaurant veranda. Relaxing live piano music is an excellent choice for a breakfast, providing a calm start of the day. Lack of fridge in a single rooms.

One drawback was the heating and cooling system, which was somewhat inconvenient as it could not be individually regulated. The breakfast was adequate but nothing special; in particular, the bread selection and coffee were rather limited and could be improved.

Extremely well located…. Very good value for money! Delicious breakfast and welcoming, expedited staff. Liked everything.

Good location. Hotel was clean. Air conditioning in the whole hotel broken. No entertainment working. Some staff very unwelcoming.

Nice room, good price!

It was a bit noisy at times. The fridge made a ticking sound and one of the toilets kept refilling but nothing major and it didn’t take away from the stay. Would still recommend it.

Very nice and friendly stuff, room was clean and tidy, location is amazing everything is close to you and the area is beautiful to walk around. The hotel's restaurant lacked Vegan options besides a salad that was offered.

Stayed here for a few days last week. The hotel is pristine and the breakfast exceeded my expectations. If you’re looking for a comfortable and clean place in Tbilisi, this is it.

Exceptional Everything was exceptional

Friendly and helpful staff, very nice and spacious room, good location right in city centre.

The location was the best. The food was nice too. These two were good. Firstly, I want you to make sure to read all the comments before you decide whether to go or not. Because I thought if it’s 9 points, it’s good,but no. I was disappointed. The room had a window that was very high, and you couldn’t see anything, just open or close it. As someone who doesn’t like closed spaces, that was really bad. I mentioned it to the reception, but they didn’t help me. The cleaning wasn’t good either; there were stains in the bathroom. My room was a budget one, I definitely don’t recommend it. The door lock didn’t work well, I always had to close the door twice, which was tiring. At breakfast, they didn’t have the names of the dishes, not everyone knows what they are. The staff were also not the most welcoming people.

I like the spot. It’s located near my favourite park The pillows was soooo hard too uncomfortable and there no way to get rest, the breakfast was not good. 2-3 types of food and if you don’t like eggs there is nothing to eat only vegetables or cheese
