Location of the hotel was really good, it's walking distance to most of the main attractions. The host, Levan was super nice, he knew good English, helped us with parking. We told him we would be there around 5pm but couldn't make it there until 6.50pm and he waited for us. The room was nice and clean. Bathroom was good. There is a kettle and some cups and plates in the room, along with tea, coffee and sugar. There is a microwave and a fridge in the communal area. Host also told us there was a electric stove, if we need to make food for our baby, but we didn't use it. Communal area is nicely decorated, you can sit and eat, or drink a cup of coffee and relax. WiFi is good, and fast There is paid parking nearby, 15 Lari for a day. It was overall a really nice stay. The bed was a bit noisy, every time we turned, it made some quite loud sound. shower doesn't have any shower curtain or door so you have to be really careful not to wet everything.

I used to live in Tbilisi and know that you can't beat this location. Great price, compared to nearby hotels that cost five times as much. Levan was friendly and helpful, especially when I realized I forgot my adapter at home. He helped me solve the problem. He also let me store luggage when needed. No cleaning of the room during your stay.

Hospitable English speaking owners of historical sites close to attractions or just a Bolt ride away ALL GOOD!

Good points are as follow The location is good, near from the big supermarket, close to the dry bridge market and opera place. Wifi connection is high A microwave is available at common space (we can take out something and eat it later) The room is okay, clean. As written in other comments, because of old or classic building, the shower, toilet, tv are also old style, but it is not a big problem in my case. (No cable channel) Hospitality?? When I read the reviews, I was wondering already before the departure. For Asian people, like Taiwanese, Japanese, people from Southeast Asia, hospitality is our culture, and we are always helpful for the customers, so I don’t feel any special things. If you visit Asian countries, you must learn how hospitable we are, how helpful we are, how kind we are, how polite we are, how multilingual we are. Probably those who are from Middle East or USA, west and Central European people (who always charges money for services as chip) feel “a kind hospitality”. Negative points and facts are essential to share with customers. Dont write any of excuse, or miserable feed back. Better to accept the fact Negative aspects are as follow Many of the information is not true. The reception closes for 24 hours. The owners are always outside, in case of emergency nobody is at the hostel. (The owner says to contact via sns or email, however, we never know when we need someone s help. As long as they owns a hostel or pension, somebody should be at the reception. Here is not a hotel but a hostel. Information should be modified so as not to confuse. this is a family owned hostel, unfortunately, the staff cannot speak fluent English. Just a limited communication. Young son should acquire and learn English more if he own the hotel at TBilisi for all tourist from around the world. The man should be more modest to learn English too, it is normal that he can speak Russian because of historical background, I also learned Russian beforehand, I speak more than 7 languages and generally I respect local language, this time I am sorry that I cannot speak Georgian, however, the lack of intellectual English ability disturb the smooth communication between customers. The way to speak English is impolite. They do not accept credit card. (3 stared hotel at the capital should accept card. To withdraw money costs expensive, dangerous to bring a large amount of cash.) No refrigerator inside the room. There is one shared refrigerator outside. No téléphone in the room( not so important but for some one who needs it), but anyway the reception closes every time. No elevator in the building, I know it is because the building is old, but for someone handicapped, aged person, this is crucial. It is an important information to share for those who needs it. With a big suitcase or baby, hard to go upstairs. Not recommended for long stay, business trip. Nobody will call you taxi, nobody will help you as nobody is at the reception.

Very good location. Close to some nice restaurant, but also close to landmarks (and next to the house of the Georgian president). Host was very friendly. Room fulfilled everything we needed.

Amazing location.

It was easy to access touristic points, and was located front of 9 April park It had a retro vibe to it and was restored really well preserving the old looks (Positive)

Levan was a friendly and accommodating host who made us feel very welcome. The location is excellent - most landmarks are within walking distance or a short taxi ride away. The WiFi is fast, and the furnishings are quite modern. The bathroom is a little cramped.

Good location Simple room yet it was enough for sleeping No option for breakfast It is not really a hotel No elevator for those who needs it

ENG: Georgian hospitality wrapped us up long before we came. Levan, the owner of the hotel, gave us a call to confirm everything we needed. We asked for a transfer from the airport and early check in, since the flight was in the wee hours, and he met us himself, not only taking us to the hotel, but showing us around nearby streets. The hotel itself is small, there are only four rooms, so you don't have to worry about being surrounded by lots of people. It's on the second floor of a historical building, and it only adds to the experience. All rooms share a typical Georgian balcony where it was a pleasure to hang out. There's also a shared fridge and a shared microwave, an iron, a drying rack, and you can ask for anything else you might need. The room itself had a lot of space. The beds were comfortable, the AC looked perfectly well. There was a table, full set of dishes and cutlery, a built in wardrobe, a hairdryer, towels, the bathroom had everything it needed as well. One important thing was, once again, the amazing hospitality of the owners. You will be asked if you need anything every day, so if you do need a change of towels, bedding, cleaning or what not, do ask for it. The location of the hotel is superb. The city centre and Rustaveli avenue are a little walk away, the authentic flea market is literally around the corner, there are plenty of places to eat down Atoneli str. (do try Santino for breakfast/coffee, Ode and Radiocafe for dinners with live piano music and lovely wine). There's 24/7 Spar grocery shop on the corner, and a big Carrefour nearby (do check Oberliani Bazaar on the second floor of it). On the whole, if you don't want to worry about accommodation and want to focus on the beautiful Tbilisi, Atlant Hotel is a great choice. RUS: тот случай, когда грузинское гостеприимство застало нас задолго до приезда. После подтверждения бронирования Леван, хозяин отеля, позвонил, чтобы уточнить все детали.
