The location is good, and the facilities in general are fine When we arrived they assigned us a room already occupied, then a room with the door damaged. They informed us the breakfast was 23 and when after consuming it, they "clarified" 23 USD. Worse, when we asked the staff about a tour, they recommended the brother of one of the staff and the guy is very very very unprofessional

The location The property is beautiful and the location is great. Two caveats: the rooms on the third floor have windows only up high so it feels like you’re in a basement. I hated that. Second, to really see Georgia you need to rent a car and get out of Tbilisi and the property doesn’t have parking. We had to figure out the city parking app and park on the street.

We had a great stay at this hotel during our trip to Georgia. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and professional throughout our visit. Special thanks to Achi, who was truly outstanding — very welcoming, attentive, and made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is excellent, very convenient for exploring the city and reaching main attractions easily. Overall, a very pleasant experience, and we would definitely recommend this hotel to others visiting Georgia.

Location great and nice breakfast places across the street. Front desk staff great. Didn’t like the bubble perfume at lobby. Didn’t like buffet pricing as way over priced.

This hotel was beyond my expectations; it truly deserves to be a 5-star hotel. First of all, the reception was amazing—special thanks to Niki, who was extremely helpful, spoke fluent English, and was very polite and professional. I mentioned in my note that we were celebrating our anniversary and a birthday, and upon arrival, I received a free room upgrade. When we entered the room, we found a small, beautiful cake with a letter, which truly made my day and gave us a wonderful start to our trip in Tbilisi. The room was spacious and very clean. The bathroom was huge, with hot water, slippers, and bathrobes provided. The room was very warm, and the bed was extremely comfortable. I also loved the idea of having a water cooler on each floor, allowing us to refill our bottles without needing to request water. Overall, it was a great experience and great value for the price which is not considered high at all. The bus stop is very close, the hotel is located on a lovely street, near the Christmas market and Liberty Square, and we used public buses a lot during our stay. Highly recommended. Thank you so much ❤️ Maybe if we have control over the AC, and the sink was a bit clogged, but wasnt a big issue for us

We had room issues: our first room had a very strong sewer smell. We said something and got no resolution. We said something again and got a different room that smelled like an ashtray (it’s a non smoking hotel). We just gave up and endured…

Hotel new and clean Staff not cooperative, not attentive & not helpful. Requested crib at the night they said not available then asked me to pay extra to provide bed despite it is hotel defects. Management team as well not helpful. No help baggage carrier help I think need more training regarding hospitality and how to make customers happy .

Hotel is located close to the centre, near Philharmonic that's a good location. Room number was good and comfortable. Breakfast was ok. Check in starts at 15:00 that is late as check out is till 12:00. One of our rooms was ready only at 17:00 that was late.
