The location was convenient. Good for a short stay. Cleanliness could be improved.

It is just a 10-minute walk to the Funicular lower station, which takes you up to the TV Tower and Mtatsminda Park. There is also a McDonald's within a 10-minute walk. Additionally, Galleria Mall is only a 20-minute walk away. Overall, a great spot for those who enjoy walking and being close to everything. Although there was an elevator for the upper floors, the cabin was extremely small; it could barely fit 2-3 people with luggage. In our room, the bathroom only had a fixed overhead rain shower. This was quite inconvenient, especially when trying to bathe children. Additionally, there was a very unpleasant and persistent smell in the bathroom that wouldn't go away during our entire stay. The breakfast was good but unfortunately menu was the same every day.

Great location, great staff, great rooms

Breakfast (buffet-style) had limited selection of food, but everything was fresh and tasty. Good match to the general hotel positioning (3*). Breakfast hours might be a bit late for business travelers (9 to 11), but for me it was perfectly OK. Location is very good with easy access to major attractions. Hard to say. Everything was OK.

The shower needs improvement with a little more support shelves. Also the breakfast was very poor. The receptionist was very nice, friendly.

The location on the main street is quite convenient. There are plenty of transportation options. It's a bit further from the tourist area, but still accessible on foot. I can't call this a "suite". The description misled me. There is no separate bedroom and living room. In fact, it’s just one spacious room with a double bed, a sofa, and a camp-cot. The window doesn’t block the street noise, the blinds are broken, and the fridge is noisy. The synthetic bedding is terrible. The lack of shelves in the closet is puzzling. The cable TV doesn't work. The toilet tank sometimes doesn't stop running. I consider the price too high, for the same amount I could have booked two separate double rooms. The dining area is small, cramped, and has no windows. Breakfast starting at 9 a.m. was inconvenient for us. The breakfast itself was below average. They consistently served boiled buckwheat and sausages. Once they offered a cold, tasteless omelet. The cooked sausage was inedible. The vegetables and salads were fine, but there was very little fruit. It was strange that all the food was cold, even though we arrived right at the beginning. You can heat up food in the microwave, but... that's not what you expect from good breakfast.

Everything was good as a staff, location and breakfast too. The bed was quite comfy thank you!

Location is amazing. All kind of shops and restaurants are at walking distance. Metro isn’t far away. It’s a bit under rated.

The room was fine and clean. The staff is also helpful and welcoming. The area is also quite central to many locations, though Tbilisi in itself is not a big city. The most important thing was that it was a good value. The price included breakfast - but the quality of it was very low by the standarts. The options were not great. Ended up not having breakfast at all. So it would be better if you could take "breakfast included" ad not serious. The wifi is also terribly bad.
