Location near the central street The breakfast is poor, but the first day it was much better than the second

Noting Full time you here staff voice they speak at reception and breakfast is very bad and they put at invoice delay check in and extra time for check out but reception told me not possible

Great hotel with an excellent location. Everything was perfect, and the lady at the reception was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. She made our stay even better. Highly recommended!

I liked everything.

Even the location was near rustaveli road but 0u have to climb up the hill to reach...there is noproper lights in the streets...very scary for tourists....

The best thing about this hotel is its location. It’s in the city center, and you can easily walk everywhere Noise and service The soundproofing in the hotel is very poor. I usually sleep in complete silence and darkness, but there was constantly music playing in the lobby. The reception staff kept changing, and I had to repeatedly ask them to turn the music off. On the first night, I barely slept. As a result, I felt tired and exhausted, and one day of my vacation was not as enjoyable as I had expected. I was also disappointed by the attitude of one of the male administrators toward guests. He told us to drink tap water because bottled water is not provided daily for each room. However, one day during breakfast, I saw him give bottled water to another guest. This felt very inconsistent and strange. It’s not about the cost — water is cheap, we can buy it ourselves. but the attitude says a lot. 3. Housekeeping There was no “Please clean the room” sign available. Our room was not cleaned for three days. On the second day, we didn’t request cleaning because I was in the room, but on the third day, it was still not cleaned. We had to ask for it ourselves. 4. Breakfast The breakfasts were below average. Very limited and quite poor selection. Previously, we stayed at another hotel in the old town where there were fresh vegetables, fruits, cottage cheese, tasty eggs, coffee from a machine, always hot tea, and a good variety of food. In this hotel, the breakfast was minimal, and the coffee was instant. The hotel itself is located in an old building, and there is an unpleasant smell of cats noticeable at the entrance.

Property is located near main attractions and many of them are walking distance.. Specially with family when you have lots of luggage’s it was bit tough to carry bags to the second level as there was no elevator .. but that’s nothing negative about the property.. that’s our bags

I really loved my stay at this hotel , very sweet friendly lady the owner she made me feel comfortable during my stay also the location is so central and perfect near all tourist attractions, clean room and quiet space . Nothing , all perfect .

- excellent view from my room - really friendly reception - good wifi for work - super comfy - perfect location Ended up booking twice after - not much - anything the fridge is a little loud but I kept it off

My rooms windows had view toward other building right near by and when people walk by, or talk it could be heared very loud. + lights in room are weak

Stay at this hotel was truly excellent! Location was perfect, staff were incredibly friendly, and all amenities were clean and comfortable. I felt less like a traveler and more like a guest in a home for a week ? Highly recommend and hope to come back to Tbilisi and stay here again one day!
