Super charming boutique hotel, very practically situated.

Очень понравилось оформление номера в винтажно-ретро стиле, все продумано до мелочей, даже радио и ненавязчивая музыка. В номере было все необходимое, от кофе до соли для ванны и одноразовых пилочек для ногтей. Персонал очень приветливый. Очень удобная кровать и тихий район. На первом этаже ресторан с отличным завтраком (просто мастхев попробовать если вы там). Ванная чуть протекала во время использования, из-за чего после душа была лужа которуя нечем было вытереть. Завтрак- очень вкусный, но не совсем понятно как его формировать, что в него входит, особенно если вы вдвоем. Разьяснения персонала не особенно помогли=) В остальном все хорошо

I absolutely loved the bed, the mattress and the pillows were exceptionally comfortable. Normally in hotels I’m rarely satisfied with the bed comfort, but here it hit the spot. Also the shower was very good, with perfect water pressure and water temperature. The hotel room was very clean and pleasant to stay in. Additionally the breakfast was delicious and beautifully served, though the waiting time was normally quite long and not very convenient if you need to rush somewhere. The location was not the most convenient if you want to explore the city centre, it’s not a walkable distance (unless you want to walk 45 minutes to the centre), you will end up taking bolt to go anywhere, with the taxi it’s convenient, 5-15 minutes ride to various places. Additionally weird crowds around the area, especially in the morning, didn’t feel entirely comfortable.

The staff are amazing! A true boutique hotel experience. Everything feels personalised. We were here for our wedding with family and friends also as guests. It felt like a second home while we were here. Truly embracing the Georgian proverb that “a guest is from God.” The location is great and it is easy to access many conveniences and transport links close by. There can be some noise and music from the street side in the evenings in particular.

Location, attention to the details, clean

I liked the housekeeping, cleaning, bed, sheets and minibar, orange juice, egg options and the location. The “manager” is the most irresponsive “manager” I ever seen. There was a bigger available room online and we wanted change our room with the price difference but we only get an answer next day after I wrote back to him again eventhough he promised to get back to us. And the available room was sold already the next day. So dissapointing. In terms of building: in the entrance of the hotel there is a so called restaurant but they play really loud club music until 2am and you hear all the bass and there is no insulation all the music in the room which is unacceptable. Its impossible to relax. This is literally a club music this not a restaurant. You hear street noise and cars and everything from the windows also. Breakfast is weird because mezze is kinda unusual thing to eat for me for breakfast. Its usuallly a lunch or dinner product. But here in breakfast they serve mezze. You also get orange juice which is nice but coffee is really weak.

Good location near the railway station, clean, nice staff, attention to details

Everything was excellent! Small details like bath salts, tea, water, and a radio playing light jazz make the atmosphere really special and set this hotel apart from others. Great service and a smooth check-in. We also accidentally broke a small cup, which we are really sorry about, and no one demanded any compensation from us. Overall, a great place to stay

The towel heater didn't wok

dull location, neutral staff, too cold air conditioning that they said i can't turn off

staff and service are non existent, great rooms and facilities but you’re on your own

Unfortunately for me, I only had a few hours to enjoy my stay due to an airline delay. The hotel is lovely and the breakfast was excellent. I wish I had more time there!

Superb

The most beautiful hotel I ever stayed at. Every detail is unique. It’s so nice I didn’t wanna leave the room. The staff were very helpful! The walls weren’t really soundproof. You can hear doors slamming inside the hotel and people talking outside at a cafe.

Spacious, stylish rooms. Comfortable hotel and friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was suburb! They allowed us to do late check out as well <3 Definitely recommend this hotel. Only note: if you are looking facilities like gym, it is not available.

The room was nice, clean and spacious. There were no elevator and no help to carry up the luggage’s. The location was great, but there were no parking space. I did not like the food served during breakfast and the service during breakfast was subpar.

Thank you very much for a wonderful stay! Very safe location (I was travelling as a woman on my own), and within 15 minutes walking distance to the train station and 25/30 minutes to Dry Bridge market. I loved the area. It feels really safe, is cool and trendy but also doesn't feel super touristy. Rooms are comfortable and really stylish, and everything was spotlessly clean. Loved the radio in the room and the bathrobes! Thanks for a wonderful stay and I hope to be back soon.
