The rooms are spacious, the toilet paper is surprisingly thick and good quality, and the location is convenient. While it's not right in the city center, it's close enough to all the main attractions and situated in a local neighborhood, which means nearby shops and restaurants offer local rather than tourist prices. Although the hotel claims to have a 24-hour front desk, we arrived at the time we had communicated in advance and found no one there. Our phone calls went unanswered, and nobody responded when we knocked on the front door. The rooms we were initially given were not the ones we had reserved. To their credit, they corrected the mistake the following morning. Our reservation was for a family of five (two adults and three children) with two bedrooms. Not only were the rooms not next to each other, they weren't even on the same floor. We spent the entire stay constantly going up and down the stairs between the two rooms. Speaking of stairs, this hotel is not accessible. There is no elevator or escalator, which can be very challenging for families, older guests, or anyone with mobility issues or heavy luggage... The rooms were not particularly clean, and I wasn't convinced the bed linens had been freshly changed. Maintenance is very low and housekeeping is only provided upon request rather than daily. The towels are old, worn out, and well past their best days. Breakfast is very basic and offers limited variety.

I loved everything in my stay!

Our stay was quite disappointing. The blankets were not clean, and the AC was not functional, making the room uncomfortable. A significant inconvenience was the absence of a service elevator, which meant we had to carry our luggage up the stairs. Additionally, the breakfast offered limited choices and didn't seem fresh.

Staff are very cooperative particularly Shavva and Artom. They were good.

Great vibe hotel. Location is the best i’ve seen in Tbilisi. Definetly worth it hotel located in second floor of the building, was little difficult with stroller, but not a big deal.

I had a wonderful stay! The hospitality was truly exceptional. Artyom and Sharvala went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect — from smooth check-in to helpful local recommendations. They were always friendly, professional, and ready to assist with anything we needed. They were ready to accomodate many last-minute requests that we had and also helped us arrange local tours. The rooms were perfectly clean with all the required amenities and gave a cozy vibe. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting!

Made a very last minute booking, but was very well received. They even showed me a couple of rooms to choose from. No real complaints.

The location was great, not very far away from metro station. Staff members also was polite and nice. The apartment had a very weird smell. Also, the bathroom needs renovation. There was no normal knife in the kitchen, no microwave and no oven even if in the description it was written that it was here. Maybe in the hotel somewhere but not in the room I paid.

The staff and hotel’s location were good I expected 4 stars hotel but the Service was more like a three stars hotel

Stay was comfortable and staff was helpful, especially Artyom! Breakfast was delicious and they prepared vegetarian options when requested.

Margi Hotel is a fantastic choice if you're looking for a blend of unbeatable location and outstanding customer service kuddos to Mr. Artyom he is so friendly and accommodating . Highly recommend!

Room were very neat and all the amenities were already available..

The hotel was clean and very comfy , close to a metro station and supermarket downstairs open 24/7 , the location is very good. The stuff was very helpful and we were very welcomed by Artyom and Shalva the registrar team they made our stay very convenient the made everything possible early breakfast, late check out and even kept our baggage safely after checking out as our flight was at night . As for the breakfast Julia and Milena made us a very nice and delicious breakfast, with good variety , the quality and taste was excellent. And we can’t forget Diana who cleaned our room she do everything even without asking changing what needs to be change ,thank you all for making our vacation so comfy and convenient.

You’re never too far from the city’s vibrant heart. Parking: 8/10 Parking is convenient and relatively hassle-free, which is a significant plus in a busy city like Tbilisi. Availability is generally good, making it a great option for those traveling by car. Customer Service: 10/10 A major highlight of my stay has been the exceptional service from the front office staff, particularly Shalva and Artyom. Their attention to detail, knowledge of local tourist attractions, and readiness to assist with any request has truly set this hotel apart. Not only do they have an impressive command of English, but they genuinely care about ensuring guests have a memorable stay. Overall, my experience at the Margi Hotel has been nothing short of fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a blend of comfort, cleanliness, and exceptional service in Tbilisi.
