Good location, friendly staff, and the property has a kitchen The facilities are a bit old. The room faces a neighbor’s yard and a watch dog in the yard barked all night every day.

Staff is great! Location is very good. Small kitchen with all necesary ware. Coffee, tea included. Sometimes there was noise in the backyard, the windows were closed because of it and room was without fresh air. The walls are too thin, I heard neighbors voices.

This hotel has 24h reception, which was important for me as I needed to store my luggage before my stay and check out very late in the night. The hotel is conveniently located in walking distance from the railway station and from Marjanashvili metro. It was warm in the room despite being cold outside (about 0). I needed to work and WiFi in the room was not good enough and breaking at times.

Perfect location. Very nice staff. Decent wifi speed, I had to work and had no major problems with the connection. Also, having a table with a chair helped a lot. Kitchen with a stove and sink where you can cook! Fantastic option for a hotel! Clean room, fresh linen. Fridge provided in the room and kitchen. Quiet most of the time. Bed was quite decent; however, only 2 mattress option was available, while we would prefer a double bed. At first, we stayed at the room with a separate entrance. We came when the weather was cold, and that room was cold too, almost impossible to heat. Also, it's very small and there was a problem with leaking sink pipe. However, for the next night we were offered a room inside which was so much better.
