Really good location, new and stylish 1920s facilities, inner courtyard parking. Really helpful staff / reception. Rather dark room due to lack of main lightning (questionable design in this regard), breakfast is very basic (although any hotel breakfast in Georgia is rather nonsense, having in mind so many perfect quality, variety and value options just around the corner). TV in the room was functioning rather strange, but hotel staff was really trying to help.

Location is very peaceful, the room was very solid and the overall value for money is pretty decent. There was a specific smell in the bathroom and bathtub was leaking.

It is clean, small and beautiful There are no facilities in the hotel like a gym or a swimming pool

Stylish hotel with good interior. We booked a family room which perfectly could fit all 4 of us. Bathrobes, slippers, a kettle, tea, coffe, safe, a small fridge are provided in the room. Breakfast was very modest: boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, sousages, some fresh vegetables and fruits, 1 kind of pastry, coffee and tea. Our room was on the 1st floor with bad soundproof: in the morning we could hear all staff talkes and feel smell of cigarettes.

Breakfast was not great, it was the only downside, I wouldn't pay for it. Can't think of anything I didn't like honestly.

Property is clean, with a nice view from the balcony . Also the people working at the reception are very kind and helpful. Special thanks to David at the reception for helping me out with some matters.

Booked 2 rooms for my mother and her colleague to stay for a week. She was really happy with the room, bed, sevice. She liked restsurant and breakfast as well. Good location, clean rooms, comfy bed. Highly recommended

We stayed for 2 nights; with a baby. I wanted to give a special mention to the staffs that helped us with heating baby milk. Thanks team. We didn’t have any. Maybe I would say the washroom basin clogged and took a lot of time to drain the water.

Very nice design, great room, AC is working great, bottled water in every room, towels changed every day, super clean and comfortable We didn’t have shower doors and the floor was covered in water after taking a shower.

The staff was really great! The lighting in the rooms was a bit dark.

the room was good, big, comfy bed, good shower, I like hairdryer and steamer. breakfast was disappointment, I was expecting much more, might be because of the pictures, which apparently were not close to reality. the Hotel is located inside the yard that closed by barrier, so the taxi drops off and picks up on the street and after that you should walk like 50 meters even if it is rainy.

One of the highlights of my stay was the Georgian food served at the hotel. Every dish was a celebration of local flavors—like perfectly baked khachapuri The ingredients were fresh, and the meals were prepared with care and authenticity. It was a fantastic way to experience the culinary traditions of Georgia without leaving the hotel.
