Ac not working

The location was convenient, and the reception staff were polite and tried to help. We booked a room with a king-size bed, but were given two single beds pushed together, which was very uncomfortable. I reported this to the reception, and they contacted the manager, but we were told that nothing could be done and no alternative was offered. The furniture is old and worn. The shower drain does not drain properly, causing water to collect on the bathroom floor. The TV is not truly usable as a Smart TV because almost every function requires an access code. Overall, the room did not match the quality shown in the listing or the price we paid.

I’m particularly grateful to Nika and Rezi. I had messed up my booking details, but they were so patient and helpful in getting it fixed for me. Their hospitality made a huge difference in my trip. Thank you both so much!

The hotel staff were extremely kind, respectful, and helpful during my stay. The reception team was very professional and always ready to assist with any request. The breakfast staff and all employees had a warm attitude and made me feel welcome. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a good location. Thank you for the great hospitality. Honestly, everything was good and I had a pleasant experience. Nothing serious to complain about.

How comfortable the bed was and the water pressure was amazing The room was HOT and the AC was only hot and there was no cold ac and if i opened the window the smell of cooking and onions will be in the room and yes i did change the room and the ac still was hot and had to open the window and hear the dogs the the smell of smoking ? wasn’t a pleasant thing. Yes i know its cold outside but i need the room to be cold when i sleep without opening the window.

Good location and clean rooms Just small things. We checked in around 6pm and no one assisted us with our stuffs. There was no tissue in the room. Very few channels on the TV. No high chair in the restaurant.

my check in process took time since I arrived late night and the property looked almost shutdown with most of the lights were switched off, the reception area was dark

I liked everything, especially the treatment of the staff at the reception, especially Sister Mary, who was wonderful in dealing and respect and works with high professionalism Nothing

Its a very comfortable hotel and good value for money. Location is great to access the new tbilisi and metro Breakfast table was completely halal The view from hotel rooms faces a back alley which is disappointing. Water and amenities needed reminders to be kept in room even though they were part of package. The staff wasn’t always very welcoming but that could just be cultural barrier ?
