The kitchen staff were exceptionally kind, friendly, and attentive. The room was very clean, and the bed linens and towels were in almost brand-new condition. The heating and air conditioning system worked perfectly. The room was bright and sunny, and the shower had excellent water pressure. The only major downside was the internet, which was extremely slow. We couldn’t even stream the World Cup match on the Wi-Fi and ended up watching it using our mobile data instead. The terrace was beautiful, but unfortunately it didn’t have a table or chairs, so it wasn’t possible to sit outside and enjoy it.

Breakfast was average.

The owners tried to charge me 50% of the room rate to check in just an hour early. They also asked me to completely guarantee that there were only two people staying in the room (there were, me and my wife), Way to much aggregation to keep the booking. I canceled.

Some walls were not soundproof enough. We could hear water being open every time in the room next to us.

The hotel is an amazing option to have some good time in Tbilisi. The staff is super hospitable, helpful and nice. The location is really good, has parking. We preferred walking to the center and it took about 30 minutes up to the Peace Bridge. We highly recommend the hotel to anyone wanting to enjoy a home-vibe and comfortable stay in Tbilisi! Thank you team for being so nice and welcoming ?

- The Wi‑Fi was terrible.
- The rooms are not soundproof at all — you can hear everything from the bathroom when someone uses the sink. It’s extremely loud.
- There was a sewage smell in the bathroom.
- The location is far from the city center.

Pretty good hotel for this value

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel, and honestly, it made my whole visit to Tbilisi even more special. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere felt incredibly cozy and comfortable. The staff were beyond welcoming and genuinely helpful , a special thank you to Luka and Lizi at the reception for their kindness and professionalism. The room was super warm, spotless, and very well maintained. The bathroom was cleaned daily without even needing to request it, which I really appreciated. (For those who prefer a bidet, the toilet is already equipped with one) a thoughtful detail that makes a difference. And if you’re planning to stay, I highly recommend asking for Room 22 ? it comes with a balcony and the view is so satisfying and peaceful. Breakfast didn’t offer a huge variety, but it had all the essential items to start your day right and everything was homemade and absolutely delicious. Location-wise, it couldn’t be more convenient: only 9 minutes from the airport and just 3 minutes from the main road, making it very easy to get around. Overall, I’m super happy I chose this hotel. It truly completed my entire experience in Tbilisi. Thank you for such a lovely stay Nothing

The location of this place is great and convenient. The staff is very friendly and professional, and many of them are multilingual. Really, the only problem I had here was that the Wi-Fi sometimes was really bad. But that's about it.

I like the breakfast, quiet surroundings, walkable neighborhood, and close to Metro station. Manual from door and keyed room door.

Location and cleanliness The stay was comfortable and pleasant. However, the breakfast could be improved by including coffee and porridge as part of the menu. Adding these options would make the morning experience even better.

Everything was perfect! The location, the view and the staff is very nice. I would recommend to add extra bin in the room. I would recommend to add more facilities options in the bathroom. But these are just my recommendations as a regular traveler :)
