The room is very clean and comfortable and has everything you may need, even to the extent of a bottle of wine and tooth care products. The breakfast is comprehensive and tasty. Our host, Keti, was amazing. She was beyond helpful with everything we asked, including making enquiries on our behalf and walking with me to show the location of some nearby things. Don’t be put off by the exterior of the building, once you enter this family run hotel you are in good hands.

Excellent and very clean family run hotel with comfortable bed and good shower and a wonderful breakfast. The owners are helpful and kind hearted. The location is about 700m from 300 Aragveli metro station, from there its one stop to Avlabari two stops to Liberty Square. If coming from Airport, the airport bus 337 stops at 300 Aragveli metro.

The owner (Keti) and her mother are one of the most compassionate and caring human beings. They made us feel like we were home, always on time with the food (they made a lot of exceptions so we could fit the food in our schedule), offered great advice and also gave us a lot of treats! The location is very good localised, since the metro station is close and the bus station is even closer. With lots of 24/7 markets around, this is the best (in my opinion) place you can book. Thank you! It was a wonderful experience and will book again in the future.

We are extremely impressed by the hospitality of this family hotel. Upon our arrival, the owner explained everything about the city so clearly and detailed. They gifted us a bottle of wine and also send us the sweetest watermelon... It is really a treat. The breakfast is very abundant and tasty. It is in an old (or maybe just looks old) residential area, but surely this is not the problem of the hotel. Just in case some guests expecting for a beautifual surrounding may get disappointed, but it is anyway quite convenient.

Everything in this Family hotel is just mind-blowing. The owner; the location; the breakfast the right meaning of Georgian Horpitality. Unfortunately, we had to spend only one day at this place before our returning flight. we should have spent more time as it's calm. The people are so generous, and everything is just amazing

The place is nice and clean, and the hosting family is super nice and always ready to help. When my colleague became sick, one of the hosts went to the hospital nearby to ask a doctor and got some medicine for her, made her toasts and boiled her a jug of water. The breakfast was prepared right there and it was always delicious and more than enough. I can only recommend the place. It's a bit far from the centre of Tbilisi but there are bus and metro stations within a walking distance (5 minutes) and we were aware of this when we had booked the room, so everything was perfect.

A nice family hotel, perfect to spend a few nights. The location is not central, still that's really easy to get to the city center by foot - and that's a nice walk! The room is clean and quiet, the hostesses are very friendly and the breakfast is exceptional indeed :)

We really enjoyed the warmth and hospitality of the family who owns the hotel. They really make you feel at home with their exceptional care and attention to detail. Even the breakfast they prepare in-house was so hearty and delicious. Moreover, we appreciated the clean and tidy rooms and amenities. That we only spent 1 night here! Wish we booked this place for our entire stay in Tbilisi.
