The owner was friendly and made the stay comfortable.

Staff and owner are welcoming. We are allowed to use their.kitchen, offer coffee, tea. I need to scan my passport for appying visa and the staff was so patient and helpful to scan and sent it to my email. They clean the house regulary too. Location is nearby metro, bus and supermarket, but still in quiet location. Next time in Tbilisi we'll come back here. The budget room is small, a bit difficult to move around, but lucky we've own balcony. As minor advice, if they put chairs in balcony that would be good.
