The room is clean and the reception provides the best hospitality and helps you with any question or request, the breakfast is good and the waiter Mikel is professional and friendly, the location is very good, the view is cinematic, I really want to thank the management for choosing the right staff, I will come back to Tbilisi again this week and I will definitely stay there. 5 stars is not enough, it should be 7 !

The hotel was excellent, the staff were professional and very helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the services were great, and the breakfast was varied and delicious. Everything was of high quality. There was nothing in particular that I didn’t like — everything was very satisfying.

Large rooms compared to most in Tbilisi. The entire hotel looks quite dated and smells smoky and so they prepared my room by spraying extra perfume in it to mask the smell of the smoke. Breakfast was mediocre with not a lot of selection. The location is not great, and there's no connection to any sidewalks so the only way in and out of the hotel is by ordering a taxi.

Everything was amazing the staff were beautiful and they helped every time I asked for anything it was a wonderful stay and I will definitely recommend for anyone I will be definitely going back there thank you so much ??

location The stay was terrible,1. Bad smell in the washroom 2. Shouting from the neighbor rooms at 3 am in the night everyday, when complained the hotel staff said they are not fighting and if they bother you let us know. This is my honeymoon trip and neighbour guest with 6-7 people shouting around at 3 am isn’t bothering ? Room towels not available, they said because of the protest , this is understandable. Forget about the room, whole hotel is full of cigarette smell. I had to book another hotel without breakfast to adjust the remaining stay and run out of this hotel.
