Very friendly and helpful (patient) staff and excellent location, near the baths, etc. A very nice bit of comfort after returning from Rabati, Akhaltsikhe. All was great!

What we enjoyed the most was the customer service and attention to detail of Tamara and Davide. Tamara was on every detail; makng sure we were comfortable and happy. Breakfast was lovely. The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect Unfortunately the shower floor was broken and this made our showers a bit uncomfortable

everything was good, the room was small and cozy, but the card payment took 3 percent extra, and check-out time was noon 12.00PM, actually, the staff was very professional, they did not go to understand your needs, overall good extra 3 percent charges for card payments which I didn't face in other hotels, and forcibly check out before 12.00 PM

Powerful airconditioning (it was difficult to start, but it works nicely). Very friendly ladies at reception The room was tiny, but OK. Most important is the building, which looks like it may collapse at any time. Rooms also need renovation. Really.

My friend and I recently stayed at the Epic Meidan Hotel for 5 days, and it was absolutely amazing! The hotel is located in the heart of Tbilisi, making it easy to explore the city's streets, restaurants and attractions. Tamara, the hostess, is very friendly and always ready to help with a warm smile. She will make you feel at home. The room was cosy and clean, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. Our daily breakfast is good to fuel up your whole day and it's a typical Georgian breakfast. Overall, my stay at the Epic Meidan Hotel was wonderful, and I would definitely recommend it to my friends and to anyone visiting Tbilisi. Thank you Tamara, will see you again ❤️

Right next door to the sulphur baths, and with just 4 rooms, this property is quite nice and comfortable and convenient to walk into the old town. My parents really liked staying here so we actually ended up coming back here for two extra nights. Plus all the rooms have excellent light and windows The double room is just a tiny bit small, but nothing unmanageable. And the windows make it more spacious

Great location next to Sulfur bath and Puri House Restaurant. Hotel is small but very clean. Staff is friendly. AC in the room was a big help due to hot august temperatures. This hotel is not flexible for travelers which arrive very early and check out early due to the flight schedule. I ended up paying for 2 full days while I spent less then 24 hours in the hotel.

The location is very good, just a corner from the sulphur baths and the middle of the old town area. The room was nice, there is even a small fridge inside. There are many shops and restaurants in the area. The receptionist was always very helpful.
