Quiet place in old tbilisi. There is an very comfortable outdoor space. Our host was always ready for our needs. If you travel by car, parking could be challenging, even if our host was very helpful to support us.

Good location (close to town but quiet, and up a hill). The bed was very comfortable and the shower hot and strong. The wonderful garden was an added bonus. Little touches would make this place excellent. A slightly better equipped kitchenette, proper dish-washing soap, a rubbish bin.

We arrived late and left early, so haven't really used the facilities, but the bed wasn't too comfortable.

We liked absolute everything about staying here: the location was perfect, it’s in the heart of the old town but too far up the hill to see too much tourist traffic. The view is amazing, and the house sits right below the statue of the mother of Georgia. The room is beautiful, bigger than it looks in the photos with a well stocked kitchen and a great gas stovetop (kitchen was missing a chopping board). Outside the room is the nicest paved garden with table and chairs and grapes growing on trellises above your head. However the absolute best thing about the property was the lovely generous owners who live in the apartment above(who we could talk to only through google translate), who let us eat as many of the fresh grapes off the vine as we could, and they brought us down a big jar of grape juice which was delicious. They let us use their washing machine and washing line, and wouldn’t let me lift a finger to do my own washing. They were so accommodating to let us stay an extra night as well. The apartment is such a good price, we had the best time, thankyou so much Karem for being the best host ever. There was nothing! If we come back to Tbilisi, which i hope we do, we will definitely try and stay here again

The apartment is located in the heart of Tiflis, so perfect to explore the city. The apartment is small (especially when you stay with 3 people) but this was not a problem for us as you normally don't spend a lot of time inside the apartment.

location, view is good. there is balcony, but the way is passing through the landlord’s kitchen, living area. there was a smell in the room which was not nice. bathroom was not clean. all facility needs some care.

It had a beautiful view as it's located on the hill, it walking distance to the Mother of Georgia statue The road to this location is not baby stroller friendly cause it's located on a hill with rough trail

Location and staff were good

The host was wonderfull and very helpful (even though we checked in in the middle of night). The apartment has everything needed and is located in the best possible area - very close to all the interesting parts of the city and with a beautiful view. There is even a private cosy terrace. I would definitely get back and I highly recommend it!!! The only problem was warm water in the shower - we had to wait for it at least 5 minutes, then it appeared but only for 2 mintures - then water was cold again. Quite frustrating in winter, but probably bearable in the summer

Nice room, has kettle, small burner, wine opener (important!) and plates/glasses. An outside 'terrace' and benches to sit on and eat/drink/relax, nice view. The place is UP the hill, it's not an issue, for me, it's the last few minutes of going up that are a bit steep but I'd stay here again in a heartbeat! Lots of lovely cats come visiting you on the terrace, they're veeeery cute! All was good They were pretty strict about that 3pm check in, went away and came back though - no issues I saw some comments about the location. Look, it's definitely 'up' the hill, it's very easy to get to and out of the way. I loved it up there. If you're a family with kids, it's maybe a bit steep. Older people? Perhaps a little steep. It's really only steep for the last few minutes, prior to that, it's a pleasant walk uphill a bit I'd happily stay here again, loved the location so not real complaints of negatives from me at all

The location of the accommodation is very central. Very close to historical places to visit. It has an excellent view and the hosts are very nice people. Clean room and quiet place. Thanks to Garo and his mother.

Good location. Bathroom was not clean! Hair on the floor! Wi-fi was not stable.

- Friendly host - Availability of stovetop - Possibly to use washing machine - The location is nearby Liberty Square and Botanic Gardens, which is quite good - The uphill location. It is fine if you walk by yourself, but it gets harder when you carry groceries or a heavy luggage - The curtains are quite slim, it feels like you can be seen from the outside
