The breakfast was fantastic, and the staff was pleasant. A special thank you to Lika, the Front Office Manager, who approached me to make sure everything is fine. The balcony in the room was also great.

Almost everything. Especially the staff is amazing. The only thing I would recommend is fixing the room windows, as they are old and do not properly block the noise or the cold/wind coming from outside.

They were extremely welcoming. The friendly receiption guy Parna put a birthday cake for us when he knew about my wife birthday date. The place was very clean, calm and cozy with perfect location.

Honestly, this hotel is flawless. The location is perfect — right in the center, within walking distance to everything, yet it feels like a quiet, peaceful oasis away from the city hustle. The rooms are beautifully designed, elegant, and super clean. Everything functions perfectly, and the mini-bar was a great bonus. What truly sets this place apart is the staff — absolutely amazing service and genuinely welcoming people. Highly recommended!

I had reviewed the facility and provided 10-star review. I liked the hotel so much that I extended my stay. I want to say again that everything is good, staff, location, etc. l forgot mentioning that the hop-on/hop-off tour bus also stops two minutes away from the hotel.

Staff: nice and helpful, especially the gentlemen at the front desk who are super friendly and eager to answer any questions. Location: great location to everywhere. minutes to metro station, bus stops, markets, eateries, money exchanges, SIM card stores, etc. Also easy walking to old town center and railway station. Smooth early check-in: booking offered 10am early check in for my reservation. I read a complaint review regarding early check-in so I confirmed with the facility before arrival. We actually arrived before 9am and the front desk staff allowed us to get my room. Breakfast: the breakfast is not as abundant as those of some luxury hotels but it's still very good and adequate. We had some early day tours and they helped prepare sándwich boxes the day before so we were able to eat our breakfast at the room before rush out to catch our day tours. BTW, one needs to tell the breakfast staff one day earlier during the breakfast hours for the chef to prepare the boxes. Room: the room is spacious with enough storage space, couch and sofa, and table/coffee table. Bedding: the bed and linens are clean and comfortable.

A very stylishly designed hotel – colorful, nice, and cozy. They upgraded our room to a Family Suite, which was very nice of them, and we loved the room very much. The location is good: a pleasant area with everything you need nearby, though it’s not very close to the center (about a 30-minute walk). However, there is a metro station just a 2-minute walk from the hotel, and you can reach the city center in 5–10 minutes. The breakfast options were limited, but it was fine for us.

Heritage Hotel and Suites is one of the best places I’ve stayed in Tbilisi. Set in a beautifully maintained old building, it has a vintage charm that feels both authentic and elegant. The room I booked was surprisingly huge, with a comfortable bed and excellent amenities that balanced modern touches with the vintage vibe. The location is also fantastic — just a short three-minute walk from Arab Street, surrounded by supermarkets, restaurants, bars, and cafés. Overall, the atmosphere exceeded my expectations and made for a very memorable stay. The only downside was the check-in process, which could have been friendlier and more welcoming. However, the check-out experience made up for it thanks to one staff member — not the receptionist but likely a porter with a short buzz cut — who was incredibly kind and helpful. His attitude left a lasting positive impression, adding to an already outstanding experience.

Beautiful building, very central in the Chugureti District (5min walk to the metro), yet in a quiet street Large room with balcony on the top floor (nor roof if it rains) Filled up minibar Bathrobe and slippers Elevator to all rooms Small bar in the yard with very good Georgian craft beer (although with 6% a bit strong) Design and functionality don't match that well. A much too low sink in the hallway of the room is a bit strange Space was "wasted" by design which brings no addtional use or benefit Light switches are "trial and error"

Superb

I really liked the location and the style of the hotel. The district is not so busy, but from the hotel you can reach the city center quite quick. The manager Lika was very helpful. She contacted me before the trip and gave me some important information about the hotel and the way from the railway station. I could ask her about anything during the trip and she always answered very quickly and even booked something for us, when we asked. Very kind!
