Great location, everything is very close. I liked the reception and restaurant at first floor, breakfasts were very good

The staff is really friendly and helpful and they respond fast and I enjoyed my stay in this hotel ?? No parkings were there, and if you need to park you will have to pay fees to the government to park in the street. However, the receptionist helped me to solve the problem thanks to him for helping me ????

The location and the cleanliness of room were on top. We also loved breakfast, very tasty It was really hot in the room and we were told that the A/C is centralized so we were not able to switch it on as it was turned off by the building.

There were problems with the room: the Wi-Fi was not working in several of them

in the room, it's written that 3 lari for 1 bottle of water but the reception will charge you 5 lari, very terrible. the breakfast if buffet included in my room fee, but there is even no orange jus. i planned 5 nights but due to plan change, i had to check out in advance. i stayed only 2 nights but the hotel didn't refund the rest 3 nights. even i requested that i could accept even be refunded for 2 nights for example. the room is not bad, but the whole experience is totally terrible. attention if you want to drink the water in your room, you have to pay 5 lari instead of 3 lari written on the card in the room.

There is air handling unit at the roof of opposite building and it makes noise for the rooms facing this facade.

The breakfast is average Location is excellent I requested late check out and night shift staff ILIA responded positively and gave us till 1400 hours. That was a good gesture Some breakfast staff need to be a little bit friendly

I honestly like the location and the amenities I didn’t like the stuff they are lack of support and there was a zero Internet connection and they don’t respond to help properly, and the room was extremely cold. There is no heating system.

Staff are friendly we were helped by Mr. Elia, he was supportive and kind, Bathroom washer ?, Room size is excellent, Room is clean, comfy, has small kitchen including microwave, medium fridge with freezer. Actually nothing, all was good!

The hotel is nice and its in a really perfect location. There is parking near to the hotel, there is a paid parking and there is free parking just next to the supermarket that at the corner. The reception team is very helpful and nice, they will answer all your questions with a big smile. No idea if the room have an aircon or not; if it dose then ours was not working, but we did open the window and enjoyed the cold breeze that coming which was for us more rewarding and relaxing.

?Housekeeping did a great job; the room was clean and smelled wonderful. ??‍?The staff were friendly and well-organized. When I booked, I requested a room with a balcony, and they provided it as asked. ??‍?Room service food was also very delicious. ?Breakfast could be improved — the meals were a bit repetitive. It would be nice to have a wider variety, at least including puff pastry khachapuri for breakfast.

Excellent location, clean room. Cleaning ladies! These ladies started to scream in the corridor in the morning, if they needed sth they were just shouting all over the hall, one of them was thinking that she was in Opera as she was singing nonstop in “opera style”, i guess her name was Maka as other lady was calling her in high volume. Then they started to nonstop knocking at my door even though i put a sign to not disturb. it was total disaster, i had late flight and was hoping for some sleep which could not happen.

They dont have hotel concierge which is very annoying at their hotel entrance
