it is a little hotel, but clean, and has friendly staff, we were asleep and checked out an hour late, but they did not charge us and said, that everything was OK—the super friendly and pleasant woman at the reception. I do not know her name, but I want to THANK YOU!

Nothing, however if you just passed through you could deal with the issues Room was damp, bad smell of tabacco, very noisy people in next door room, lumpy bed, freezing cold bathroom, no kettle in room, very dismal

Incomplete amenities as per description. Smell of cigarette and/or booze seeps in the room from the hallway. Noisy at times from the road especially during daytime. A mix of indifferent staff. Make sure to pay upfront or they’ll knock loudly on your door in the middle of the night. You won’t feel relaxed due to these reasons.

Nice location, close to the metro and supermarket. Friendly staff and clean rooms. Very slow wi-fi, was impossible to work. And it was pretty cold, however it is connected to the weather, which was colder than usual.

Staff are great and very helpful. Location perfect to travel aound. Metro and bus stops very close to travel to any part in tblisi. Exange bureaus are all around.
