Extremely comfortable hotel, with staff that made me feel like I was at home. Rather good location that combines tranquility with convenience. Would definitely recommend For the price I payed and what was advertised i think that everything met my expectations

Very good conditions for accommodation, 5-10 min from metro and bus stations

On my first night there were guys who talking loudly at the middle of the night. It was a black guy not sure if he’s working there or a guest also. At least they should decrease their voices as it is midnight already.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to be in a very great spot of city center of Tblisi with great welcome of Georgian family. This hotel is very clean and safe. I stayed here for 10 days and I would come back to this hotel if I ever have to come back to Tblisi. N/A

Good value, close to city centre The area at night is very quiet, which gives it an eerie feeling.

This place is fine for a stopover in Tbilisi, but you can find better for the same price or cheaper. If you are on the first floor it can be very loud with people talking. Also the person's review of the bed springs was accurate, not a very comfortable bed.

We enjoyed a lot! The host is amazing, communication with the reception excellent, very clean, beautiful garden, good quiet and central location. The room is big enough, the bed is comfy. I also ordered transfer from the airport, which was good, on time, with really good driver. I highly recommend!

The care and atention given to me by the staff was exceptional. They treated me like I was family and helped me above and beyond what their position required. The overall atmosphere was homey and friendly and the other guests I met were friendly and kind. The in-room fridge was very handy! The room was very small and the mattresses were less than comfortable. There was no desk or work table for my laptop so I had to improvise. The place was difficult for taxi drivers to find because it is hidden behind a corrugated metal fence.

10-14 min walk to betlemi etc . Iiked the vibe ..suited me I guess they wanted to give us a bigger room but we didn't have enough time to stay around and make the change . Because we were on vareity of tours ! We used to come late in the evening and change wasn't possible as all of us were tired . Nevertheless I wud recommend them Keep a check on prices ..they fluctuate drastically ... I liked everything

First is that I like staying in Avlabari, because all the sightseeing are very close.
