Tired looking on the outside but extremely happy with room and the magic view from the "deck". The most helpful and friendly staff. changed booking dates for me with no issues. So near to old town, metro and bus stop for airport. nothing to dislike

The staff are all very friendly, helpful and considerate. the heater is not that strong and the tv is not smart and too far from the bed.

The location is perfect, the building is old and beautiful, including the internal yard with a tree and a small pool with fishes, the view is magnificent, the top floor terrace is splendid, the rooms are big, the beds are comfortable, the heating is good (maybe a little too strong), and the staff is friendly and helpful. Most rooms have windows and doors to the outside terrace and balconies which have a strong lighting round the clock. The windows and some doors have glass, as a result of which rooms are lighted even at night, it is never quite dark inside even when you switch off the light in your room. The internet does not work well in some places.

Not my first time in NATA. Excellent location, retro style of caravan-saray, beautiful friendly staff and airport is just 15- minutes of comfortable ride. Quiet place and nice sleep. Just shower set, leaking

Hotel is in excellent location, clean, very comfortable. The beds were on the harder side, but it was a plus for us. There is also an inner garden with fountain and hanging chairs. Rooms were a little outdated.
