Somewhere decent to stay near the airport. Breakfast was one of the best we had in our two week stay on Georgia. Rooms are basic, but clean.

Everything was perfect! The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always smiling. The room was spacious and cozy, with everything we needed. The location is great and very convenient. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended Everything was good!

The Georgian people are some of the nicest people I have met over my 40+ years of traveling! With respect to the hotel, I was able to get an early check in (3:00 a.m.) for a small fee - and we could sleep after a very long trip. There was a lot of food for breakfast, and I really liked a sweet bread. On the third day, there wasn't any, and all I told the woman was that I loved it - she went back into the kitchen and brought me three pieces (and it was tasty). They helped with the taxi back to the airport ... all the staff were incredibly nice and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay in Tbilisi <3 Our shower didn't work well, but we didn't complain as the shower in my other family's room next to ours did work well. So, it wasn't really a problem. I am sure it would have been fixed if we had asked. We told them on check out, and I am certain they repaired it - that is how incredibly nice the Georgians are ... <3

There is no options in the breakfast, and the location little far from the down town if u have a car it will be more comfortable

The staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast was exceptional. The mattress was excessively soft, which may not be suitable for middle-aged and elderly individuals. My parents, who experience back pain, found it preferable to sleep on the floor due to the mattress's softness.

The hotel restaurant was one of my worst dining experiences. I was the only guest and felt very uncomfortable — the staff kept watching me strangely and talking among themselves, giving the impression that I was an unwanted guest. I asked several times if something was wrong or if I had come at the wrong time, but the waitress assured me everything was fine. The kitchen service was also disappointing. I ordered a starter and a main dish, but the main dish was served first. Since I was hungry, I ate it, and the starter arrived 25 minutes later when I was already full. I told the waitress I no longer wanted it, as the starter should have been served before the main dish. She accepted this, but I was still charged. Personally, I will avoid the restaurant if I stay at this hotel again. Dining outside offers better food options at much lower prices. The only positive thing there was the nice and polite waitress with a great service. I do not connect the restaurant with the hotel facilities, so this does not affect my overall rating of the hotel

The location is perfect — close to main attractions, restaurants, and public transport, yet peaceful and quiet enough to relax after a day of sightseeing. Breakfast was fresh, varied, and delicious, giving a great start to each day. Overall, the combination of excellent service, clean and comfortable rooms, and a convenient location makes Hotel Residence Plaza a top choice in Tbilisi. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city and will definitely stay here again on my next trip!

We made a reservation as a big group months ahead, and 2 days before the arrival they just canceled some of our bookings. Without explanation not picking up the phone/replying to an email. They gave me free upgrade on the day of reservation, but once we arrived we were downgraded, bellow the room category yhat we paid for. Found other people comb on the sofa, broken kettle, broken closet... ironing service... well, you could go to floor 0 and iron yourself in the hallway. Just ridiculous.
