Very comfortable stay and walking distance to Tbilisi central rail station

The only thing I didn't like was that there is no lift to go up and travellers with luggage find it hard to climb up with heavy bags.

Very good value for money

The absolute advantage of this place was the owner Tomas; even though we could not communicate much in English, he had an electronic translator handy. It really makes you feel good when you stay with such a helpful and accommodating host. The location is very good (not a long walk from the train station), metro station nearby, we also had a balcony. The place in general is simple, but if your aim is to spend the night only - it is really sufficient. We learnt that when you travel with teen kids - you count them as adults. We needed to look for the bedsheets at night and make the bed for the child. Only towels for adults were provided.

Great place to stay. We arrived late and the hosts took us to a place where we can eat. Next day we had a trip planned and there were difficulties due to the weather. The hosts kept us updated about the circumstances and also booked us a taxi to the station. The rooms are great at very competitive prices, with all the services needed. Big, clean and quiet. Highly recommended

The services were close. The hotel location was good not bad. The receptionist or hostess was rude and sometimes raised her voice after receiving the payment. She is two-faced. She prefer receiving payments by her own not through Booking.com. In brief “She is not trustworthy”. Be carful of her cats as they are infected with fleas and bugs. She is forcing me to write 10 Stars review.

The room was clean and bright, beds were comfy. The host was super-friendly and always moved towards our needs - from the check-in time to helping my friend when she got sick. The house has a cozy picturesque patio with trees. Besides that, the house is located nearby local market where one can buy local fruits, wine and spices (around 10-15 min walk). Internet connection was also acceptable.

Superb

I stayed at Hotel Tomas twice during my trip through Georgia. Both stays were great! The staff was very accommodating as they provided a laundry service for me during one stay (for a fee) and then were patient as I sorted out some payment challenges during my second stay. They also held my bag for me after I checked out so that I could explore Tbilisi unburdened before my train left in the evening. All of this while communicating through my very broken Georgian and Russian. I highly recommend!

Big room and friendly host. They made sure that we could park our car in front of the house. It is a great location if you want to visit Club Bassiani which is some minutes walking away.
