The rooms were nice, in a good state and clean. The towels were clean and smelled good. The view is beautiful, although it can be a little too noisy with open windows. The check in was smooth and possible if you don't have a mobile internet. The communication with the staff was pleasant and effective. A little too far away from bus stops and shops, but you can walk.

This hotel is clean, extremely comfortable, has a beautiful view and is outside of the busy tourist area (which I personally prefer). The staff are attentive, honest, helpful, kind, and just good people. I liked it so much I kept extending my stay! everything was great.

A beautiful evening in a beautiful environment.The best views from the rooms balcony. Hotel "sky by the river" is new hotel, great designed, equipped with all necessary facilities. It`s very clean. everything is provided, until small details. Located in the center and close to everything, Bazar ,Old Tbilisi , Stadium, I will definatlly come back again in my next visit to Tbilisi. Many thanks to the hotel staff for the comfort they provided to me.
